Warawee is a 1980's beach house, it has been fully renovated inside and out with an easy going, relaxing and fun feeling atmosphere.
There is a covered and private outdoor area for hanging out, and a large lawned area.
The bocce court and basketball ring provide some entertainment outside and a Wii U for some fun inside.
There are 3 bedrooms, living space, dining area, bathroom with separate toilet and laundry inside.
Outdoors there is plenty of secure parking and a large lawned area with a bocce court for some outdoor fun while the bbq is sizzling.
