For your comfort, the house has an independent entrance, and a private landscaped yard and flowers. The entire property is fenced and has an electric gate for the safety of children and adults.
A garden, Chilean and a barbecue are at your disposal to relax on sunny days.
A barn, also restored, can accommodate two vehicles safely.

The Colin'Othe is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle) opening onto a large piece of life with a historical fireplace.
Two rooms with warm colors will allow you to completely relax.

We are located in the heart of a charming village of 430 inhabitants on the outskirts of Othe, close to the A5 highway (9 kms from the exit 20 and 21 Kms from exit 19

Bucey-en-Othe, pretty common flower, has many attractions: a fortified farm also called castle, church, laundry and loft.
The village is located 5 minutes from Estissac, a small town where you can find various shops.
The Othe is renowned for its cider, forests and rolling hills where several hiking trails crisscross. A water body is laid to 14 Kms.
A few miles on the road to Troyes, you can stop in champagne producers.

Troyes, the historic capital of Champagne, is known for its old town center and renovated its nine listed churches, its half-timbered houses and shops of manufacturers. Various museums (, tool of modern art and the working mind ...) await you.

After restoring our dwelling house, we wanted to renovate this old building, aged two centuries and then in ruins with old materials (brick and chalk) ... and ecological recovery (lime paints 'home', in cellulose insulation ...). And Colin'Othe was born ... with all the charm of the old requirements associated with current comfort!

The Colin'Othe is located in the countryside, in a pretty floral village where you can admire the ancient fortified farm, dovecote and laundry restored.
Here you can relax and rejuvenate you, according to a barbecue, a bike ride or farnientant on the terrace.
We are in a hilly and green region famous for its cider, 6 km from producers current champagnefort!
