Labeled 3 keys Clévacances the Colin'Othe, located Bucey-en-Othe, 18 km from Troyes, is a 19th century building walk-built chalk and brick, completely renovated by us with old and ecological materials.
For your comfort, the house has an independent entrance, and a private landscaped yard and flowers. The entire property is fenced and has an electric gate for the safety of children and adults.
A garden, Chilean and a barbecue are at your disposal to relax on sunny days.
A barn, also restored, can accommodate two vehicles safely.

The Colin'Othe is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle) opening onto a large piece of life with a historical fireplace.
Two rooms with warm colors will allow you to completely relax.
Health have a sink, a walk-in shower and fully tiled toilets for the disabled

We are located in the heart of a charming village of 430 inhabitants on the outskirts of Othe, close to the A5 highway (9 kms from the exit 20 and 21 Kms from exit 19

Bucey-en-Othe, pretty common flower, has many attractions: a fortified farm also called castle, church, laundry and loft.
The village is located 5 minutes from Estissac, a small town where you can find various shops.
The Othe is renowned for its cider, forests and rolling hills where several hiking trails crisscross. A water body is laid to 14 Kms.
A few miles on the road to Troyes, you can stop in champagne producers.

Troyes, the historic capital of Champagne, is known for its old town center and renovated its nine listed churches, its half-timbered houses and shops of manufacturers. Various museums (, tool of modern art and the working mind ...) await you.

You can go for a getaway to Lake Orient Forest or Lake Dienville or go to the amusement park Nigloland

Beautiful & peaceful place to stay

This is a really lovely home, beautifully presented & we had everything we needed. The courtyard area is lovely to relax in. It’s an easy journey to Troyes & there are some lovely trails nearby for walking & cycling.

I had a lovely holiday. The reception from M etc Mme was warm and helpful. The property is clean, quiet and spacious. The surrounding area, including Troyes and Foret de L'Orient, are so interesting and lovely for walks. Highly recommended.

Beautiful

The cottage is clean tidy and well equipped, the neighbouring village has a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy and vet ! Which was very cheap for the health check and wormer for our return. Troyes and the nearby lakes were equally beautiful and worth a visit. Beautiful part of France

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage of Mr. and Ms. Colinot. They are very warm and kind people. You have got a lot of privacy during your stay although the owners life right next to you. The cottage is very nice furnitured house. All the things you need is in the house. Even when you are their with little children like us. A babybath, babychair, babybed, toys, and so on. And also very important, it's a very clean house! A small detail is that the house is next to a road. It's not a very bussy road but it's there. Super séjour

Super maison, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin l'équipement est complet.Mr et M colinet son d'une extrême gentillesse, super accueil et séjour au top, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Très reposant

Belle maison de pays restaurée avec goût. Seul petit point la dangerosité de la rue qui passe devant la maison ! C’est pourtant limité à 30 mais les voitures font des courses et les poids lourds roulent beaucoup trop vite. J’espère que le Maire agira avant qu’il n’y ait un drame…

Nog nooit waren wij welkom in een gite die zo smaakvol, zo compleet en zo comfortabel was als deze. De eigenaar heeft op geen enkele manier bezuinigd op inrichting en sfeer.

Prachtig verbouwd huis

In een rustige omgeving een prachtig ruim verbouwd huis met eigen achterplaats . Zeer aardige ontvangst door Engels sprekende gastvrouw en heer. Alleen de WiFi werkte helaas niet naar behoren , maar verder niets dan lof over deze woning ! Een echte aanrader ! Restaurant in Aix en Orhe

A lovely house in peaceful village, close to the beautiful city of Troyes and the Champagne region of Aubergine. Dog friendly, Philippe is a great host - overall a very relaxing few days.

im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist super schön und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Enttäuschend war die Lage des Hauses direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse des Dorfes. Durch den Verkehr war es ziemlich laut, was besonders morgens und abends störend war. Leider fehlten auch bequeme Liegestühle.

After restoring our dwelling house, we wanted to renovate this old building, aged two centuries and then in ruins with old materials (brick and chalk) ... and ecological recovery (lime paints 'home', in cellulose insulation ...). And Colin'Othe was born ... with all the charm of the old requirements associated with current comfort!

The Colin'Othe is located in the countryside, in a pretty floral village where you can admire the ancient fortified farm, dovecote and laundry restored.
Here you can relax and rejuvenate you, according to a barbecue, a bike ride or farnientant on the terrace.
We are in a hilly and green region famous for its cider, 6 km from producers current champagnefort!
