Clean, pet friendly, quiet home on the river. We saw many deer near the home. It was convenient to Bastrop’s amenities. Enjoyed our time visiting family there.

Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. The kitchen was large enough for multiple people at the same time. Large back yard and multiple lounge areas. Easy access to the river. Hope to be able to stay again.

Family fun on the river

We wanted a place on the river for the kids to fish and with beds for everyone that was also dog friendly. This place was great. It even came with 4 kayaks which the kids loved. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a few days to visit family. This place was a perfect spot to relax with my family and even more perfect to bring the extended family to enjoy the property. The host was easy to communicate with and understanding when we had dinner at property. He made it an amazing experience!

Andy's home on the Colorado River is just perfect! We enjoyed a float down the river on tubes we rented from Andy, swimming in the river and kayaking on the Colorado River. The house had everything we needed and Andy was very responsive. We highly recommend staying here.

Christmas with the family

We very much enjoyed our time at Riversedge. Just a small issue with the tv remote when we arrived but Andy was very responsive and addressed the problem quickly. Truly a great time.

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend

This property is lovely and beautifully maintained. It was rainy and drizzling for part of our trip and we truly enjoyed sitting in the comfy chairs on the Sunporch while watching the river and the rain. The house is very comfortable and furnished nicely. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet worked great, and Andy provided fishing gear for the docks. Also, it's a short, quick trip to town and we found Great Restaurants. What more could you ask for?

Great place to play by river

We had a great time here! Everything was easy to find and the instructions were clear. We went kayaking on the river one afternoon and had a blast, then also just swung on the rope swing and enjoyed the hammocks. It’s close enough to town that we were able to go in for dinner if we wanted, but we also cooked several meals at the house. We loved the sunroom in the back! Our dog had a grand time as well, running all over the property and exploring the river’s edge. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Great Place for family!

We had a wonderful time at the river for a short spring break trip! This house is just beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. The only slight negative were the dirty windows. We own a window cleaning company so I’m a little picky 😆! I was super excited to sit on the deck and enjoy my coffee while looking out the beautiful covered patio! We really loved this time with our family and friends! Oh, the beds were SUPER comfortable!

I’m so happy you guys had a great stay with us! So sorry the windows were a bit dirty. With the recent rains and wind they collected a bit of dirt. But we’ve scheduled a cleaning for this week and they’ll be Spock and span for your next stay! Be well and safe in your travels!

Relaxing stay along the river

Spent an extended weekend at Andy's riverhouse. The place was very clean, very spacious and the views were amazing. I highly recommend taking in a view of the sunrise from the sun porch or even the back yard (sun rises from the left). There was plenty of room for the five of us. We got to meet Andy several times, and he was an amazing host who was always available to tell us about the property, things to do along the river and in the area. When we return to Bastrop, Andy's place will be the first place that we look for. It was that good.
