Perfect location

We had a great time here. Perfect spot for the 5 of us to enjoy the wonderful pool and canal. My friends and I spent the majority of our time on the dock by the canal while my daughter and her friend stayed by the pool. We didn’t go out to do much because we were very content to stay at the house. We would rent here again for sure!

Nice area

The house was nice, little outdated, queen size beds were small and uncomfortable. There was no wash cloths for bathrooms or to do dishes or wipe counters off. Loved that pool was gated so our 2yr old couldn't get to it if we weren't out there. Had an issue with leaking water when arrived called to get someone out and they were there later that day. All in all was nice stay, just few minor things.

Villa viscaya

There were some repairs needed. My husband found a screwdriver in the garage and fixed the sliding glass door handle to his best ability. That door takes a lot of traffic as it leads outside to the pool and would have definitely come off if he would not have tightened it. There was not one kitchen dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes with so we went and got some. No wash cloths in the master bathroom. Found one extra in the hall closet- I shared one washcloth with my husband as there were not enough. The house was clean and offered beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. The pool was great. The house could use some updating as there were older furnishings.
