The condo itself was fine. When we arrived, there were no garbage bags in the garbage or dish soap to clean any dishes. We reached out to the management around 9am and didn’t receive anything to clean with until 5-6pm. The condo seemed a little sparse on kitchen/bathroom extras compared to other places we have stayed. Additionally, I would say this is more of a “ski out” (if you’d call it that) but definitely not a ski in. If you snowboard, you have to walk a decent way to get to a spot that has enough grade to actually head down to the lift. On the way back, the “ski in” trail is uphill. Not the best, not the worst. For the price I wish we would’ve found a different unit.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay, Mikayla. I apologize for the missing supplies. I'm glad that our team was able to get you what you needed. During our busy season (which February is), it can sometimes take a little while for those types of tasks. But we will always make sure we take care of it. As for what we provide, that is listed in the listing, rental agreement, and guest portal so there are no surprises for guests and they can plan accordingly. Finally, I'm not sure where you're seeing this is ski-in/ski-out. My listing shows "walk to lift". But if you'll let us know where you got that information I will make sure it's updated.
We have been staying at Los Pinos for several years. This is one of the more spacious properties we have stayed at. The updated kitchen makes the place feel more open. Being the first unit there is a little bit of a walk to the hot tub however it is much closer than places I have stayed on other mountains.
Good property in good condition. 2 minute drives to lifts, a bit far to walk in ski boots, however. Would book this property again, we were happy with the rental.
Beautiful space, great location, easy check in and access to Main Street! Close to nice trail that followed a creek. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and very nicely kept. Solo hot tub down the street but that wasn’t made abundantly clear with check in. We thought it was with the pool which was not close/easy to walk to. Fully stocked appliances & utensils in kitchen - bring your own coffee if you want some in the mornings without leaving! A couple of small things like there was only one little hand soap upstairs and nowhere else (kitchen/bathrooms) - luckily I had a bar with me - and the fitted sheet on the upstairs room was waaaaay too small definitely not the right size and kept coming off. All around a great stay and would recommend!
We enjoyed our stay at the property. Check in was easy. Unit was pretty clean. Hot tub was not close to unit so our group did not use. We skied to snow flake lift daily and walked with equipment back to unit which was not ideal but also not terrible. Check out process was easy. Overall a good experience.
Overall, great property with plenty of room. Fully stocked and awesome kitchen, great views, loved the multiple tvs and bathrooms. We were allowed to check in an hour early which was amazing & the team was very nice. We picked this particular property due to the multiple fireplaces and unfortunately, the one in the bedroom did not work (and was not fixed during our stay) and there was a broken window boarded up in the bedroom, both of which I wish we knew about beforehand. It is a hike to the chairlift and not really ski in/ski out. Beds/bedding need updating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location is amazing–easy access to snowflake lift and ski almost back to the door! We also walked to town, approx. 15 minute walk with sidewalks all the way. Having three bathrooms for 6 people was perfect and the gas fireplace was cozy and warmed up the entire living area. The closest hot tub is a quick walk at the end of the parking lot, plus guests have access to the ones at upper village. We found everything to be in working order and the kitchen was well stocked. Super fun ski trip for our group!!
Needs deep cleaned and updated. Great location, great size, great price. The low price is because it's outdated. I mean everything is old and worn, not just out of style. The kitchen was well stocked but no room to put any food except the fridge. On top of the fridge had a thick coating of dust. Plenty of towels and nice bathrooms. Stocked with fans too which is great in summer. Grill and kitchen table were disgusting. Table has large gaps that collect food and can't be cleaned out. Size, location, and price are all good.
Perfect amount of space and beds! Convenient to the slopes and lifts, walkable and driveable. A little far from town to walk, it is doable but we preferred to drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, good location
Comfortable condo with good location and proximity to town and snowflake lift. Comfortable beds, pillows need to be upgraded. Loved the gas fireplace. Check in instructions were confusing, they said office hours were 8-5 on the day of checkin, but didn't say you can't even pick up your checkin materials until the unit is clean and ready. And since that is at 4, you really have a 1 hour window between 4 and 5. Would be helpful if you could pick up materials in the morning before going out onto the slopes, even if you can't get into the condo yet
