Beautiful 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath on the 5th Floor at Edgewater Beach Resort Condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Edgewater Beach Resort is very conveniently located and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation, including restaurants, and 110 gated and secluded acres. It has 11 pools, an 8 hole par 3 golf course, high quality tennis courts and about ½ mile of beach frontage!

Amazing property for families

Beautiful, efficient, convenient. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and the double red flags flew for a majority of our trip. Having immediate access to the pools and other facilities was great! The pools, hot tubs, beach access is all maintained very well. 10/10 would recommend. As far as the unit it self, clean, all the cooking equipment needed, extra bedding and pillows. Truly a great experience.

Quick beach getaway

Pleased with our stay

We enjoyed PCB. At first we had issues with price Morgan returning calls or emails regarding payment. Our room.was nice but the bathroom door handle falls off living room furniture was s bit dated and not comfortable. We had issues with the TV but that was taken care of. Will use VRBO again.

Roach Infested

The stay was going well until Tuesday evening when we roaches started crawling all over the kitchen and living area. We literally killed roaches from Tuesday until we checked out on Friday morning and that is unacceptable. Had I know we would have to deal with roaches we would've never booked with you. The exterminator came and made us away your property had a roach problem and that you were aware of the problem. I feel we should be compensated in some way. I should not have to spend my vacation killing roaches. We had to buy roach spray from Walmart. We were actually afraid the roaches would get in our luggage. We were not satisfied at all and will not be back.
