We loved our stay at this property. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen had enough equipment, and the outside area was amazing. We highly recommend this property to anybody staying in the Broken Bow area.

Loved our stay in broken bow! It was roomy enough for all 7 of us and it was so close to the river and we went kayaking which was a blast. The only thing I would change is there weren’t any cleaning products for us to clean with but if that’s the worst thing I would say that’s pretty dang good. Would definitely stay again!

Property is super cute! Space for all 8 of us! The kitchen and the table wre our hang out spot...espfor big breakfast and coffee and playing games at night! The fire pit was great as we brought our own fire wood and made smores. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great House!!

Loved the layout of the house with it being very spacious and a lot of options to either sit together as a family or find a quiet place for some individual time. Hot tub was great and so was the three seasons room with gas fireplace. Had a few items in need of repair with a leaky toilet being most significant. I’d definitely come back to this house though.

53rd birthday girls weekend away !!

The cabin is beautiful !! Most of my time was spent in the screened in patio !! The Pictures didnt do it justice !! Its much bigger than expected !! It was a challenge to find but once you find it it's so worth it !! BOOK THIS CABIN YOU WONT BE SORRY !

Friends Getaway

This property was perfect for our group, we had 4 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home was recently remodeled with lovely updates, the screened in living area was my favorite and the decor made it feel homey and warm. The weather was beautiful so we spent alot of time out on the deck and around the fireplace just chilling and relaxing. Our group's only suggestion to the owners is to replace the sheer curtains in the bedrooms with block out ones (not everyone is an early raiser when on vacation) and to supply more bath towels and wash cloths; there was not enough for 8 adults for the weekend. We will totally go back!

Hello, I typically don’t write complaints, but this time our stay at your place has been quite bothersome for my family and me. Despite the appealing pictures and advertisement, the actual condition of the place is far from impressive. The propane tank is empty, the kitchen didn’t have basic condiments and is very disorganized. The bathrooms don’t have hand soap and not enough towels for the guests. Additionally, the hand towels in the kitchen emit a sour milk smell, the toilet is unstable, and the trash can is dented with a crooked lid. The bathroom towels are old, stained, and damp, and there’s an unpleasant odor in one of the bedrooms near the kitchen. All the lawn chairs had marshmallows goose on it. Moreover, the hot tub is filled with debris and dead bugs. We are extremely disappointed with these issues and hope they will be promptly addressed for next guests. Best regards,

This was a very unique house. We generally stay in cabins but didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle in Hochotown. This house was very spacious with plenty of rooms and living space for everyone. Our favorite spot was the screened in sunroom. Loved sipping coffee in front of the fireplace.

Wonderful house with lots of space

We really liked the house. Everything we could want was provided for us. Two comments...we didn't like not having real curtains. I think one room had some, but having only filmy see through curtains were hard in the morning when the sun came in before I was ready to be awake, and at night anyone can see in. I know the neighbors aren't close, but I could see their house from my window. And...be warned Google maps doesn't know where the house is. It said I had arrived at least a lot and a half before I made it to the turn off. And the sign for the property is cute, but it is the same color brown as everything else around it and we couldn't read it. We turned down the drive on a leap of faith. But other than that, it was everything we could have wanted in a house.

The listing says 6 acres and in the pictures it appeared to be secluded and distant which is what my group was looking for, but it ended up being very close to the neighbors. But overall the cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Decent cozy place

It was a 2 bath property and 2 days out of stay the toilets were non functional. And for some reasons both toilets weren’t bolted well to the ground so wobbled. That didn’t go well with us at all. The rest of the stay was decent but too expensive for the price
