About this property

1919 historic modern craftsman

This will become your home away from home in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic district. When arriving, let the beautiful Twin Palms welcome you for a fantastic relaxing adventure. This is a 1919 historic Freedom Trail coquina stone home that was completely reborn in 2016. Much more than a remodel…it was a major reconstruction with high end luxury and quality finishes. There are two main level bedrooms. Every bed & bath affords total comfort and charm. All new mattresses and luxury linens contribute to your comfort. The spa bathrooms showcase Carrera marble showers with glass enclosures and the finest German bath fixtures. Enjoy the claw foot slipper bath tub or treat yourself to an exhilarating rain shower.
The gourmet kitchen features stylish GE Cafe appliances including a gas stove with griddle for those breakfasts, snacks and fresh seafood feasts. Many condiments are stocked along with utensils, pans, dishes and glass ware.
Whether enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail (remember you are on vacation!), experience serenity while sitting on the front porch and capture the magic of the Lincolnville neighborhood. The horse drawn carriages passing by are always a special treat. The back yard has a propane for pit table with Adirondack chairs.
Book early because this gem is in high demand!

Beyond Perfect
I double down on all of the accolades given by guests who have stayed before me -- the house was amazing in all ways. Location, decor, cleanliness, layout, amenities, etc. One amenity I didn't expect but that was a HUGE plus for me was that the upstairs 'suite' (bedroom with desk area & window seat, dressing area, and fantastic and bright bathroom) had it's own A/C zone -- I had worried a bit that it may be warm since it was upstairs, but nope --- it was as comfortable as I chose it to be! Though my two sisters and I enjoyed St. Augustine and all it has to offer, what we enjoyed just as much was walking around Lincolnville and surrounding communities -- so much charm and history. And we were always surprised that we ended up in the heart of St. Augustine historic district while walking -- it's that close. Many thanks to Crystal for the hospitality, and also to the lady who keeps the place sparkling clean, as she stopped by to say hello and check on us. FANTASTIC STAY!
