COVID-19 affected cancellations:
If your booked stay cannot occur as a direct result of Government Covid-19 travel restrictions, you may request a cancellation and full refund. Payments and refunds are managed by the website booking providers. As a host, we will agree with requests from the booking provider to issue you with a full refund, if requested. The booking provider is responsible for actioning the refund. A refund of the service/booking fee is at the discretion of the booking provider, although to date they have refunded service fees for cancellations due to Covid-19.
