Great location / Great communication

Wife and I had brief stay. Having never stayed in Miami prior, we were concerned about (1) location, (2) parking, (3) safety, and (4) the property. I could address each, but upon arriving and staying, none of the above were of any concern. Parking was the most confusing, but immediate response from property aided me and we located convenient parking just down the street beside “Big Pink” (good food/large portions; ask for Gexon as waiter). We were routinely met at the property by the head maintenance man (sorry, I forget his name - I blame my age), who always asked if there was anything we needed? Very attentive young man who would be a great addition to anyone’s business.Anything that we “could” critique or complain about was out of control of the property and had more to do with bad parenting and lack of common respect that we each deal with regularly in society.We plan on staying at Roami again in the future.

Overall good stay, but poor room amenities

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some things that threw off the experience were the shower was difficult to operate, the bed was quite uncomfortable due to the support slats coming out of place that we did not notice till the end of the trip, the stove top was a real pain to operate and figure out, and lastly the dish washer definitely did not work. The sum of many little things gets irritating when you are staying somewhere for a week. Could use some improvement or upgrades. The pool only had two chairs available for the entire complex.

The pictures are really misleading as the apparement and building are not in good conditions as seen on pics. The stay felt more like a student dorms than sunset vacations. Also the ad mention parking but there is no parking belonging to the building itself and you need to park either on the street ($4/hour) or in a public parking $20 overnight.

Collins is cool

Walking distance from the beach, store w authentic Spanish food across the street , also stop at the big pink up the street on the corner. 15min Drive from LIV on Sunday. Quiet neighborhood, dude left his windows down in his Audi , no one touched it. At night it’s usually quiet and it’s parking places right in front of the property. Use the app , also a separate parking garage.

Convenient!

Convenient! No need for rental car. Ten steps to the beach 30 minutes from the airport quiet space. Very Modern Appliances. Would love to come back and stay a week. We like to cook our own food and wash dishes. Everything was perfect!
