Suite 210 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 210 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Recharge Getaway

The property was as described. Location is perfect for walking to downtown. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evening. Having busy lives it was the perfect place to recharge our batteries and relax. Our next trip north this will be top of our list of places to stay.

Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. Very nice and clean rental. View from the balcony was wonderful. Beach was nice. No beach towels were provided and you are not allowed to take regular towels out of the unit. Location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Boyne City or surrounding areas.

Fantastic property in a GREAT location.

This location couldn't be better. Right on the water and within walking distance to the center of town, farmer's market, and the great restaurants found in Boyne City. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was fantastic! I can't wait to stay here again.
