Suite 213 is a second-floor suite, remodeled and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Suite 213 has a full kitchen, including a full-size oven, and is equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This condo boasts beautiful granite kitchen countertops with extra space for a barstool seating area. The dining area has a table for two, and the living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Our Annual Northern Getaway

The location and views of Lake Charlevoix are amazing. We come up to relax, play a few rounds of golf, and enjoy the fine restaurants that are nearby. We also rented a boat this time at Summertime Rentals and did a little fishing...the staff there was also very helpful and friendly. You always know when it’s 10:30 in Boyne City... We will be coming back for many years to come.

Lots to do within walking distance. Bella Vita is a must for their lasagna and Walleye... a/c unit could be better, fortunately hasn’t been too hot when were there and there is a great cross breeze. Couch could also be updated. But still love this place. Back next year.

Boyne City weekend

Went to Boyne City for a snowboarding weekend. The city is in a cool nestled location bordered by a lake. It was very quiet and not busy when we traveled. Great location on the water almost in the heart of town.

Great Location for a Quick Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication prior to arrival and everything was clearly described to make checking in easy. The room was as described and shown in photos. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and there were 3 of us. We arrived late and were up fairly early, so we had to make do the first morning. But, on our way out we stopped by the office to request more towels and they were waiting for us when we returned. We did have some noisy guests above us that were up past 2 AM...I wouldn't say the walls are very soundproof. Luckily, they were only there our first night. The King size bed was comfortable but maybe a little hard; fine for 2 nights. My sister slept on the pullout which was your typical thin mattress and full of springs. Again, fine for just 2 nights. We didn't use the unit for much more than sleeping and showering, but it was nice to have the added space and convenience of a kitchen instead of just a hotel room. Would stay here again.
