It is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Everything you might need was there. We had a little trouble with the lock box and the streaming on the TV, but that was no doubt us just not being familiar with how to use them. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Very convenient location. Nicely seasonally decorated.

We return to this property annually! The location is beautiful and convenient to all 'UpNorth' has to offer. The condo is immaculate and beautifully outfitted throughout. And the hosts are very responsive to any questions or needs. We highly recommend a stay here in any season!

Great Location

Lovely property and location. Only complaint is that you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around (no carpet) and talking. Luckily we did not spend most of our time at the property.

The perfect getaway!

A beautiful, well-cared-for condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the lake with expansive views of the water. It is quiet and close to anything you want to do downtown. It’s a quick drive to Charlevoix & Petoskey. The owner was great with communication and provided all the details needed along with local recommendations. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the water view and sunsets. We would stay again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!
