Excellent location. Walkable to all you need in downtown Anchorage! Can’t beat the view and access to the Coastal Trail. Would be ideal for a family as there is an iconic playground across the street! Clean and cozy , perfect for our stay in AK!
The state was great and the location was even better. The front porch looks out into the inlet to see the water and it’s very easy to get downtown and get a different locations.
The location is super walkable and convenient to great restaurants and bars. Our host was great and was very accessible for any questions. Highly recommend!
This place was perfect for my stay in Anchorage. Close to lots of restaurants and easy to get all the places I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely time at Bootlegger. Plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee and laundry detergent! Short walk up a hill to downtown Anchorage to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful views of Cook Inlet and a park playground and trail across from the house.
Nice location with parking, easy drive from airport.
The location is great for water front and down town activities including walking, running, or biking. Just a little up hill walk to Simon's & Seafort's, Snow City Cafe and don't forget El Green-Go's!

This is a great place, close to center with easy access to Seward, Kenai or up to Fairbanks. Tony is a responsive host with a lot of info about area. Their are plenty of restaurants nearby and a great walking path across the street. 10/10
Loved the Bootleggers Hideaway!! The unit was very comfortable, well furnished, and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk up the hill to Anchorage and all its great brewpubs and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all of our queries, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back in a different season!

Statewide Emergency Planning Conference in Anchorage
Excellent, close to the conference I was attending. Quiet and had a sense of privacy. Views were sensational, even for a lifelong Alaskan. The unit had everything we needed during our stay.
This was a quick stop before we headed to Seward for our cruise. This rental was perfectly located, close to everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, and e-bike rentals for our afternoon ride on the coastal trail (located across the street from the rental). We enjoyed all of the amenities provided and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! Highly recommended!!

Perfect landing spot for our time in Anchorage. Great location. Lots of dining and shopping options within east walking distance. The waterfront trail was perfect for taking in the sunset. The home itself had a comfortable rustic cabin feel with modern amenities. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would book again.

Good value
Fairly simple accomodations. Some of the furniture could use some updating because it's not super comfortable. Overall, fairly good value for the price though. The bathroom has nice updates. I loved being so close to the Coastal Trail. The owner is very kind and responsive to any and all needs.
If you’re attending an event downtown Anchorage but want a view and be close to the jogging/biking path, this is it. It’s. 5 min walk to the convention center, a 1 minute walk to Snow City Cafe (best breakfast in Anchorage), 1-2 min walk to terrific dinner choices, bike rental 1 min away, jogging path, sunsets, the water and Mountain Views all out your window. Sunsets every night! Plus they have a swing facing the sunset over the water. We loved the cabin feel.
Amazing cabin feel near the heart of Anchorage. If you just look around there is beauty everywhere! Rustic feel with restaurants and everything you need within a few blocks. HIGHLY recommend.
Very clean, very cozy little apartment with cabin vibes. Loved it. They didn't clear the driveway of snow (like 2-3 feet) for three full days, but when ee reached out to Cheska, she responded right away and got our driveway cleared! It's also a fabulous location within walking distance of a trail and tons of restaurants etc in the downtown area. Would recommend!
