This three bedroom semi-attached home includes all your modern conveniences such as fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso Machine, microwave, sandwich press and dishwasher, living with large smart TV with Netflix availability, internal dining for 8, all over looking and expanding out to the breath-taking large balcony with outdoor dining for 10, capturing stunning 180 degree views of the bay.

2 identical bathroom facilities including shower, vanity and toilet (no bath in either bathrooms)

Laundry facilities located at the rear of the property include top loader washing machine, clothes line, airer, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy warm summer nights, relaxing back on the balcony with friends and family. You may even be lucky enough to enjoy Rye's spectacular firework display on special event days.

Beautiful views!

Lovely place to be. Massive balcony with views of the bay is magnificent. Location is great. House is not very well furnished and has the owner lives downstairs which was not in the listing.
