It’s also wonderful to know the room felt sanitary and that our front desk staff were welcoming during your stay. At the same time, I’m sorry you were disappointed when comparing your unit to your family’s. You’re absolutely right to expect a similar level of finish and comfort, and it’s helpful to know that things like the lack of an oven, older flooring, and stained carpet stood out, especially when other units in the building felt more updated. That’s not the experience we want you to have. We’ve noted your comments and will be reviewing this condo for needed improvements, including flooring and carpet condition, and evaluating where we can bring it more in line with the standard of the other units. Feedback like yours directly guides those upgrades and helps us prioritize where to focus next.
