Nice and convinient property

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Amazing house and location!

The house had everything we wanted! So many rooms and beds. There were plenty of on suites for the adults. The kids loved the pool at the house and the clubhouse amenities!

Great area, easy and quick to all Disney properties. Gated community with club house. Our family is 15 People and we had lots of room. Great property. Management company was spot on.

Happy and impressed

This property was perfect and the property managers were responsive, kind and professional. It was spacious, clean and had everything we need and more. They even had several strollers in the property that we were able to borrow for Disney.

We arrived to this very nice 8 bedroom house to find while it had nice outdoor furniture under the Lanai, there were only 2 lounge chairs

Fun stay, awesome management company

House is about 6 min walk to main resort pool which was nice. House was ready and clean at checkin. A couple of issues but the management company Blue Sky Villas was quick to resolve them. Great communication and attention on their part. The resort itself was nice - not the best food at the resort pool but all the staff was very nice. Short drive to restaurants/stores, 15 min drive to Disney, 25 min drive to Sea World. Overall it was a nice stay!

Amazing property

This home was perfect for our family!! Very nice property. The Clubhouse with community pool, outdoor bar and restaurant was impressive. The entire home is spacious and family friendly!! The media room is an amazing space for late nite movies!! Fully stocked kitchen. 2 washer/dryer sets! The pool/deck area was super cool. Conveniently located near the Disney parks and shopping. We had 10 adults and 3 children.

House was great and clean

Only complaint about this property was I believe that the bathroom by the pool needs rugs. Coming in and out of the pool is dangerous when those floors get wet. One person in our party had a slip eight in that entrance even though we tried to keep a towel on the floor. It’s just too slippery.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home and almost perfect for a large family reunion. There are two bedrooms downstairs which would be perfect except that the master bed is a platform bed and too low to the ground for senior citizens. The house could use some minor upgrades (trash cans) and perhaps some plastic cups to go pool side but for the most part is great and our group had a fun time there. We do VRBO's a couple of times a year and this one is not well stocked so be sure to bring even the smallest things like your first day of sugar and coffee. No spices...Tissue...etc. Never have had that problem before and we have rented 3 in the last couple of years so can't be blamed on COVID..lol.

Please note our homes are listed as self-accommodating, though we are sure to provide the basic starter essentials as listed on all of our properties, including basic starter kitchen cookware , bath towels, hand towels and washcloths (additional towels can be found in the linen closet in the laundry room or in the home), the first roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a piece of hand soap per bathroom, 1 small container of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion per bathroom, the first roll of paper towels in kitchen, 2 dishwashing pods in the kitchen, 5 garbage bags, 1 small liquid dish soap, 1 sponge, 2 small packets of laundry detergent. Perfect House for a big family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 10, our original house fell through and we were given this upgrade! It was incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for our family! I will warn that the kitchen is not fully equipped to cook! We found that we needed pans and measuring cups that were not there. The king beds sit on the floor which was odd and was hard getting in and out of. But other than that it was perfect! The theater room was a huge hit, and we used the private pool daily! Especially when the resort pool closed for weather. My youngest loved the Star Wars themed room! And the lion king room was so cute! The resort staff was nice, we used the pools and Flow Rider (punch card was what we bought so all the kids could have turns). This was 100% better than staying on Disney Property in a small hotel room! Getting to and from Disney was not an issue and it was nice to get away from all of it at night.

Beds sleep wonderfully and the layout/flow of the house is a nice one for spreading out! Great things to say about all of the big things about this home. Skimpy on the little things that detracted from the trip being a 5 out of 5. With 13 people staying for a long weekend, there were way too few towels available. It would have been nice to at least have a pool towel per person and we had to search hard to find one bath size towel person. Not one floor mat to step out on in any bathroom or rugs/mats coming inside from the pool area??? Who wants to fly in from out of state & have to buy beach towels or go to Walmart & purchase 20 towels that don't pack into a suitcase & so they are left? (How about a set of pyrex casserole dishes?) Understand these are not big complaints, just making you aware. Could be that the linen company left things out because we did not reach out to report it to anyone. Anyway, great house in so many ways! We would stay again if there, we'd just know in advance.

Family Fun in Orlando!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 13 family members on this trip to Orlando. We all were very happy with the house. No major issues but the minor questions we had (how to turn on jacuzzi, question on garbage pickup) were promptly answered with very courteous and extremely helpful Blue Sky Villas team members. The kids and younger adults loved the pool at the house. The majority of our time at the house was spent outside in the pool. The home is large enough to accommodate all of us together, but also very spacious to allow breathing room for all. We did a night at Medieval Dinner, which was really nice (traffic was horrible, but that has nothing to do with the house!), and we did a Universal day. The family made many happy memories during the week, but honestly the best times were being together in the house. We cooked breakfast a few mornings. Ordered food delivery a few times and Walmart delivery as well. Tip for drivers - put in main resort address. Using the address of the house will bring you to an exit gate that you cannot drive through and will have to eventually drive around to the front of the resort anyway. There are only the starter items in bathrooms and kitchen, but that is clearly mapped out in guidelines, so we actually brought most of our items with us, but Walmart is close enough to make a run & stock up. KFC/Pizza Hut is close by. Starbucks is close by (although we brought Keurig cups to use in the machine at the house). Nobody had issues with any of the beds. My son actually slept on the couch in the game room - he loved playing the basketball game & spent a lot of time in there. The communal pool area is very nice - we didn't use that pool, but we did have dinner there one night - burgers, chicken tenders - service was very nice, atmosphere was nice - nothing fancy about the food, but we all enjoyed the outing. The older boys utilized the gym on a few mornings as well. All and all, we would 100% recommend this home for any families' vacation!

Was fine, but probably not meant for us

Upon arriving at the property, there was some confusion on how to actually get in. Instructions for how to check in through the front gate would be helpful in the initial email since GPS takes you to the back gate. Property managers were very helpful any time I had to call with a question or when we also had an issue. There was a leak from a loose hose in the utility room which caused a leak in the theatre room which is the converted garage. We didn't get to really use the theatre room since there were also no instructions left on how to use the equipment, and when we had planned to use it, there was a leak. Wasn't worth the time to spend figuring it out. Maintenance was quick and friendly. Our group was staying on property the entire time and making meals and staying at the house, so while we didn't expect any high quality kitchen tools, we did have expectations that things like oven mitts, dish towels, and initial liquid dish soap would be available. It was like the house was designed for people who planned to be at the parks all day or for college kids just planning on ordering pizza. Which is totally fine. I kept thinking if I was staying here with my family for time at Disney, I probably wouldn't have noticed because we would've been packing granola bars and water bottles and not being home until after dark. Location is great for being close to the clubhouse. Just a five minute walk down the street and you can use the walking trails, restaurant, or pools. Beds were comfortable and clean. Definitely noticed more of a party atmosphere as the weekend approached, which made sense considering the accommodations. Probably more appropriate for a family just using it for home base for trips to the parks or for more young adults not planning on cooking or using the facilities.
