Kids will love the large backyard, complete with a cubby house, basketball hoop, and a games room packed with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and a TV. Fire up the BBQ, dine alfresco, and create lasting memories in this perfect blend of comfort, fun, & coastal charm.



The Space:

Nestled just a few streets from the sparkling shores of Geographe Bay and a minute’s walk from Dunsborough’s lively town centre, Prowse Beach House offers the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement.



Step inside to a bright, spacious lounge featuring a large comfy sectional sofa and a big-screen TV. The wood-burning fire adds a cosy touch for winter stays, while ducted air conditioning throughout keeps the home cool during the summer. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a hearty dinner, you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table to gather around.



Outside, the large enclosed backyard is a haven for family fun. Kids can play for hours in the cubby house or shoot hoops with the basketball ring. The detached games room will be a hit, complete with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and a TV. Fire up the BBQ under the shaded alfresco dining area for laid-back outdoor meals.



The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a plush king-sized bed, lounge area, and a bright en-suite featuring an elegant bathtub. The second bedroom boasts a comfy queen-sized bed, the third bedroom offers a double bed and dedicated workspace, while the kids will love the fun bunk bedroom with an additional floor mattress. A family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a handy laundry area with a washing machine adds extra convenience.



Parking is available on the driveway. We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

With its prime location, Prowse Beach House offers the perfect base to explore the best of Dunsborough's attractions and experiences. For your morning coffee or a delightful breakfast, visit local favourites like Wild and Woods Café, known for its wholesome menu and locally roasted coffee, or La Lah Café, offering aesthetic interiors and delicious brunch options.



In the evenings, Southcamp Brewhouse provides a relaxed atmosphere with craft beers brewed on-site and a menu of pub-style favourites. For a more refined dining experience, Yarri Restaurant and Bar features a modern Australian set menu crafted from seasonal local produce.



Explore the boutique shops in the town centre, where you’ll find unique local products and artisanal goods. The Dunsborough Bakery is a must-visit for freshly baked pastries and bread. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy scenic coastal walks at Meelup Regional Park or visit Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse for panoramic views of the coastline.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is parking space available in the driveway for two cars.



Airport: 35-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public transport: You can catch the bus just down the block or 110m away.
