Smart TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Balcony overlooking the heart of the block, table and chairs invite you to take advantage of a rest, or whatever you like! Fully equipped kitchen, closet and bathroom.
With an excellent location, surrounded by clothing stores, trendy bars, close to the Metrobus and the underground!
°°IMPORTANT: The building next door is undergoing construction work between 8AM-5PM from Monday to Saturday.
