Very nice and clean house

Nice place. Clean and comfortable with TVs in all rooms. 20-30 min to different attractions. Friendly property manager.

Ver clean! Enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 8 ladies all in our sixties. The house was very clean and spacious. Mattresses on all beds were very comfortable. It seemed hard when you sat on the bed, but it was so comfortable. In fact, I want to contact the owner to see what kind of mattresses they were. I rated this as good, only because the pictures are a little deceiving. We were thinking that there was a waterfront in the back yard that we would be able to sit out in the yard and enjoy the view. But it is not. The picture of the water is for the boat dock that is a couple of blocks from this house. The house did have a good size patio that we could sit on. The bunk beds are not made for adults. They are wobbly which resulted two of us having to sleep on the couch and love seat. We were willing to climb up there and sleep in them, but they did not seem very secure. The kitchen and dining room was a nice size and had everything we needed. Also the deer in the neighborhood were everywhere and so beautiful to watch. I would highly recommend this place overall.

Just as pictured, met our needs perfectly!

Our family gathered here for my son's wedding. We had 7 adults and 2 children (including an infant) and space was perfect. There was even a "Pack and play" in the master closet that prevented us from having to borrow from the bride's family. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate cookware and utensils. There is both a Keurig and traditional coffeemaker (don't forget to bring filters). There is also an air fryer. Appliances are nice and fully functioning, except washer which was needing service, but clearly marked. The internet service in this area is not great so had some issues with connectivity. All in all we were very pleased and have talked about booking again for a family vacation!!

Just as advertised

The property was very nice and met our needs for a family gathering. The kitchen was short on a few things, such as a can opener and hot pads (which we purchased and left behind) and it could use a rubber spatula or two; and cooling racks. The three bathrooms were great. Two have walk-in showers which were amazing. We did need to make a run for extra toilet paper, paper towels, and some tin 13x9 pans (only one was supplied and we needed several). We also purchased our own spices, aluminum foil, and Saran Wrap. No problem there, but most VRBO’s we’ve visited had these types of things stocked. We really enjoyed seeing all the deer in the area. On a morning walk, we saw more than 60 deer.

Great for Spring Break in the Hill Country

This was a great base for our Spring Break exploring the Hill Country, particularly the Marble Falls area and Inks Lake and Pedernales Falls State Parks. I agree with what the other reviewers have said - the inside of the home is immaculately clean and well cared for, the beds are super comfortable, and we had almost everything we needed. Because of traveling with young kids (ages 2 and 4) and during COVID, we made nearly all our own meals for the week and found the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We went to the nearby 7-11 for plastic cups (little kids and glass don't mix) and a lighter for the grill and had to improvise for lack of a can opener (but the vision of my husband opening a can of spaghetti sauce with a corkscrew more than made up for the minor inconvenience).

Lovely Home!

We loved staying here! The outside isn't much to look at but the inside is great. (We did go Dec 27, it might be beautiful when it's not winter.). The house has been updated and is really perfect. Great kitchen with everything you need, beds were all super comfy, great showers, linens, etc. We had no issues and our family of 7 was very comfortable here. Super clean, really the gold standard for what you are looking for in a rental. Deer everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Resort Retreat

Wow! This was the perfect answer to a much needed escape. From the start, this went smoothly; directions were easy and GPS took us straight to the driveway. Upon arrival, access instructions were clear and simple. The home is upscale yet amazingly comfortable and quiet. We had plans to explore the area but ultimately opted to stay in because it was such a great experience. The back porch offers a quiet respite with ample opportunities to view passing wildlife while lounging in comfort. The open living space between the kitchen, dining, and living areas make the home feel quite large, yet very homey. The master bedroom offers a grand private retreat, and the bed was a slice of heaven. Cap all this off with the added touches of a fine resort; quality linens and dishes, fine bedding, and everything needed to make this a turn-key experience we will book again!
