Luxurious yet beautifully relaxed!

A Beautifully Styled Home in Middleton with salt water swimming pool. (Not heated)

Located in the popular surfing hub of Middleton, just a short walk to the pumping surf found at the "Point" and an equally short walk to the Middleton main street, where you find the local hotel, cafes, bakery and general store.

The Space:
21 Ellensford Terrace is around the corner from the local playground and bike way. Guests can enjoy lots of recreational options, whale watching, bike riding, running, walking, surfing or just enjoy relaxing at the property by the pool.

Downstairs:
You will discover three large bedrooms. Fabulous al fresco undercover entertaining area with BBQ. There is an outdoor hot & cold shower. Inside a beautiful bathroom with bath and waterfall shower, concrete floors throughout. Large laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs:
The master bedroom with ensuite and sliding doors opening onto the covered balcony overlooking the pool with outdoor lounge and TV(the TV is currently not working). Spacious light & bright open plan living space incorporating the modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top and Nespresso compatible coffee machine, dining and living room. High raked ceilings, ducted air-conditioning, electric windows, combustion fire.

Garage with automatic panel lift door.

Lovely property

Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend at this gorgeous property. Enjoyed the private pool even though it was not heated. Large space to unwind in. A bit more info about gaining access to the house would have been good to have as we picked up the keys - instructions on how to use key fob are inside the house!

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful property and fantastic location. The house is very clean with good facilities. No internet included however listed on amenities when booking property. Only suggestion would be to install blinds on the windows in the downstairs large bedroom as it is extremely bright when the sunrises.

The property now has unlimited nbn installed, so internet running out will no longer be an issue. The downstairs bedroom has always had blinds so the sun in the morning shouldn't be an issue.

Goods - Spacious, Clean, Very comfortable. Suggestions - more toilet rolls provided only 2 for 9 people, Clothes Dryer full of lint, BBQ Fat tray full of fat not cleaned, NO INTERNET. Would go here again if INTERNET PROVIDED.

Amazing Property

This property was amazing and will happily return. There was everything there to suit our kids from toys to bedding and a high chair. A home away from home. We also had friends who stayed with us and there was enough beds and space throughout the house. Everything was on hand and the views were spectacular! Would’ve been nice to have coffee pods but apart from that from check in to check out process it was easy and convenient.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday!!

What a beautiful house, we stayed here for a long weekend and it had everything we needed. The house is lovely and clean, the kitchen/laundry is well stocked. The pool is fabulous albeit cold! Even pool toys were supplied. We would have preferred to be able to get to the outside area/pool from the upstairs decking via the outdoor stairs instead of having to go thru the house and thru the larger bedroom but the door to the stairs is locked with no key supplied. Also the outdoor tv is not working and we were made aware of this before we went. We found only 1 bedroom out of the 4 had a tv which as a family was somewhat inadequate when everyone went to their rooms at diff times. The property manager was super efficient and answered our phone queries almost immediately. We would probably book this house again!!
