Located in the same building as Sonata, Concerto and Musette in a late 18th century building on the Kurrentgasse, a picturesque street a few steps from Judenplatz, in the nicest area of the historic centre, a UNESCO world heritage landmark. The whole area is pedestrian, including the Kurrentgasse, full with the nicest cafés and restaurants in Vienna.

At the ground floor of the building you can enjoy the fresh products of the bakery Grimm, the oldest in Vienna!

On the fourth floor (fifth American) with elevator, very spacious, 120mÂČ (1,300 sq.f.), and has 2 separate dedicated bedrooms, a big entrance-dining room, a living room (with one single and one single/double bed) with high speed Internet and cable TV, as well as a really fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. Note that all beds are real beds there is no bed-sofa in the apartment!

The entertainment center in the living room includes a 39” HDTV with 180 international TV channels and more than 50 radio stations, a CD/DVD/Bluray player and 2.1 stereo system with iPod dock, an extensive HD movie library including a large selection for children.

It also features a USB media player which will allow you to connect your hard drive and play your own music or video content, as well as a bookshelf with leaflets and books about Vienna, toys and games for children and adults. An unlimited and fast WIFi Internet connection is also included in the price.

Wonderful place in Central Vienna

We loved our week at Christian's apartment right in the center of vienna. We walked to the Rathaus film festival and also enjoyed the multitude of restaurants, bakeries and bars around the corner. The apartment is spacious and bright and our kids enjoyed hanging out there after the days out. Thanks again!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of the city

This is a lovely apartment, with comfortable and generously-sized rooms. It’s close to many interesting landmarks, and located right near a wonderful bakery. After a lot of walking, we were were also grateful for the elevator. Hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. They are also happy to provide advice, and to help arrange transportation if needed. We would stay again!

The apartment was very spacious, well stocked and right at the historic centre. There was a bakery right at the entrance and numerous coffee shops and restaurants everywhere. We really liked that we could park the car at the underground parkade just a couple of minutes away and then walk almost anywhere. We would definitely visit again.

Die Lage war wunderbar!! Die Betten waren sehr gemuehtlich. Das Geraeusch von draussen ( Lokal, Fiaker ) und der Duft von Baeckerei...alles haben uns gut gefallen. Leider habe ich die Telefonnummer von Kollege verloren, dann konnte ich nicht fragen, wenn ich eine Schwierigkeit gehabt habe ( die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert ). Aber sonst, Perfekt!

Mooi apartment in centrum van Wenen

Heerlijk verblijf in dit apartment. De ligging is perfect. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en vlakbij de metro. Het apartment heeft een gezellige woonkamer , is schoon en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Leuke restaurantjes om de hoek. Wij zouden hier zeker weer verblijven.

Great location and well managed property

Very clear and effective communications leading up to the stay. Very efficient directions, check-in, etc. Clean and well furnished. Very tastefully decorated, comfy furnishings, great coffee machine and other appliances, etc. Great location with very easy access to manor sights of the city. Worked well for our group of 5 -and could hold more too. I was worried about it being a bit too small but the rooms were spacious, it had nice windows, high ceilings, etc. Highly recommended. I'd stay there again!

Central location in old Vienna, walk to everything!

The apartment has every modern amenity (dishwasher, clothes washer, etc) but is in an old historic building. The apartment is quiet and there is a wonderful bakery in the basement of the building for breakfast. There are two bedrooms but many day beds in both rooms and in the living room for relaxing. We were met by Mike who was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us how everything operated and gave us tips on restaurants.

Gorgeous Apartment in the Heart of Vienna - Has Everything You Need!!

We recently stayed in the Allegro apartment and had the most wonderful experience! Our family of 5 (2 adults; 3 children) would definitely recommend this location and would absolutely come back and stay here again. The folks at Elegant Vienna are amazing; incredibly helpful with every element of our stay and provided great advice on things to see and do. They were super accommodating with a late arrival and check out as well and were always available for questions. The apartment is beautiful; it has many amenities and the kitchen is completely stocked with every utensil you may need. Everything is pristine and clean. There is an elevator which is helpful for lugging bags up to the 4th floor. The location is perfect; you are in the heart of City; we walked everywhere; no cabs needed; the underground was also easy to use on the one day we wanted to go across the Danube. There are endless restaurants and markets within a few minute walk - the apartment is literally over a bakery (smells wonderful) and we went every morning for fresh bread and treats for breakfast. I'm already ready to return - definitely recommend this apartment.

Appartement, proprietaire et emplacement parfaits

Notre sejour dans l'appartement Allegro et a Vienne a ete parfait. Christian s'est tout d'abord montre concilliant pour notre horaire d'arrivee. Il nous attendait dans l'appartement a l'heure prevue. Tres courtois, il nous a aide a monter nos bagages, nous a presente les differents appareils et tres disponible, il a souhaite repondre a toutes nos questions, le tout en excellent Francais, cela va de soit. Christian (et son associee que nous n'avons pas rencontre) ont un sens aigu du service. Une petite anecdote pour illustrer: il y a une machine a café dans la cuisine assez sophistiquee (café en grain moulu a la demande, chauffage rapide, systeme d'ejection automatique,...), une machine geniale pour les amateurs de café. Probleme, elle ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour. Un petit mail a Christian et pendant que l'on se promenait, son associee est venue dans les heures qui suivaient. Elle a non seulement repare la machine mais elle a aussi achete du café supplementaire et nous a installe une deuxieme machine a filtre avec tout le necessaire, juste au cas ou nous aurions d'autres soucis... Bravo et merci Christian, c'est comme ca que l'on fait la difference ! L'appartement est tres agreable, bien agence, tres confortable, propre. Il est vraiment au centre de la ville, proche de tout, difficile de faire mieux. Il y a quelques sympatiques restaurants autour et nous recommenderions aisement Ella's sur la Judenplatz voisine et meme si c'est un peu plus loin, le fameux café central pour son cadre et ses desserts.

Allegro in June

The Allegro apartment was fantastic. We stayed, 2 adults and one child, in this very well appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Christian, the owner, was great to work with throughout the entire process from booking to arrival to check-out. The apartment location was perfect - blocks from St. Stephen's Cathedral and an underground station to everywhere else. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The bathroom is small - but typical European. We had a great stay and would recommend the apartment and stay there again.

Great Apartment in Old Town Vienna

Fantastic location and fantastic apartment in the middle of Vienna, perhaps a 5 minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Graben, from which all else was accessible. Christian was an excellent host, kindly greeting us and offering us directions to nearby grocery stores, markets and restaurants that served us well. The nearby grocery store in particular was a standout and allowed our family of 5 the chance to share some meals in the apartment rather than just another restaurant. Wine, fine cheese, excellent deli...you name it; the grocery was top notch. Back to the apartment...the coffee drinkers among us were particularly thrilled that the apartment had an integrated coffee grinder and maker so that they could rise to some excellent java before hitting the sights each morning. The rooms were huge and easily accommodated us as well and the apartment was serviced by a convenient lift to the 4th floor, making both luggage movement and coming and going an effortless process. One last point...the apartment is spitting distance to Grimm's Bakery as well, with fantastic fresh baking each morning. It was a staple of our diet while in Vienna...being so close was fantastic. Great stay in Vienna and we have no reservations about recommending this apartment to others.
