A recepção foi perfeita! Sr. Adilson é muito atencioso e tirou todas as duvidas. O apartamento estava limpissimo e é maior do que aparenta nas fotos. É proximo a tudo, fizemos tudo a pé.

Apartamento espaçoso e bem localizado
Apartamento muito espaçoso, com 3 quartos grandes, tem colchões extras que pode ser colocado facilmente em qualquer lugar, a recepção do sindico foi muito boa, uma pessoa incrível, e tem de tudo no local, perfeita a localização, 5 min a pé da praia do Tenório e 10 min da Praia Grande, além de mercado e padaria que ficam 2 quarteirões do prédio
