The city centre, the river, markets, galleries and more are just a few minutes drive or an easy half-hour walk. Tahunanui Beach & Tahuna village with its popular eateries & craft pubs are similarly close by - close to all the action yet tucked away in a quiet road just back & above it all!
The apartment is light-filled, spacious, comfortable & well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, SmartTV & all you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.
Guests enjoy access to the parking area, walkway to the apartment, the full apartment, the adjoining garden and outdoor area. There are storage areas for bicycles - please ask.
Kimberley Three is ideal for solo travellers, corporate stays, couples, families or friends seeking a special accommodation.
Larger groups may also like to consider adding 'Kimberley Two' with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and/or 'Kimberley One' with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. These apartments are located on the level immediately below Apartment 3 with separate access & parking for each.

- Kimberley Three is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront. Kimberley Three has its own private entry & parking areas.
- Covered off-street parking is available for 1~2 vehicles (max. one large and one small vehicle can be parked here). On-street parking is available on the corner just above the carport.
- One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request.

Outstanding location and amenities. We loved our stay here, made beautiful memories with our family here and will absolutely be back. Thank you for the amazing stay
We were overwhelmed with the position of this accommodation. It was such a comfortable place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, clean and fresh. Truly stunning sights from the balcony and living area, from cargo ships visiting the port and sail boats coming in and out of the inner harbour. Sunsets to blow your mind every evening. 1 thing only,,,, the singles beds need to be upgraded, they are as hard a rocks!

The property is lovely, & the views are gorgeous! Ample room for 6 of us. Laundry facilities were a nice bonus too. Really have no complaints at all about our stay. The hosts were communicative & responsive. My only notable observation is the same as others have shared, which is that the driveway is narrow & can be tricky to negotiate if someone has mobility issues, & you have 2 cars. Otherwise no problem! We enjoyed our stay immensely.
View of harbor is awesome! Great location to Boat House & waterfront restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating.
Parking garage is very narrow. Its location on the hillside is steep.

This property is well appointed, comfortable and warm with the most amazing view. Watching the ships coming and going was great entertainment. Only negative comment would be that quite a few of the power points in the bathrooms and bedrooms don't appear to work.
The apartment has spectacular views from a warm cosy lounge…we were there in winter but there is an abundance of heating and cooling options. Small ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom is a plus for a group. Well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
