Great place to stay, close to everything you need. Beautiful pond behind.Only downside is no towels and no bed sheets are included. Coming from far away, we obviously needed to go purchase our own stuff. Deceiving for the price of the place

Cape Cod family weekend

We have been going to the Cape for years and this year thought we would miss it due to other commitments. Then this wonderful little gem came available and we were able to see our grandchildren at the Cape. The house is charming and spotless. Our 7 year old grandsons loved the little private beach on the lake. It was a very special weekend for us. I would highly recommend this property!

Lovely stay on Poppy's Pond

This house was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and a well-stocked kitchen and newer appliances. The weather was not entirely cooperative, so having a nice place to spend time indoors, as well as being so close to Chatham and Brewster, was ideal. But we did have some nice days, and the kayaks/canoe were a great bonus. This house is clearly well-loved and maintained well. We would visit again - thank you for having us Poppy!

Great Cape Cod family riunion

Our family enjoyed the house a lot. We had comfortable room for everybody and we had fun on the pond with the kayaks. We will be back for sure!

Enjoyed

House was perfect,had every possible amenity you need from floats to kayaks to grilling tools. Enjoyed our stay and the lake front was perfect.
