I ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES
Two short blocks (230 metres) from Central Beach, comfortable and cosy house.
CHRISTMAS - NEW YEAR'S - CARNIVAL - MINIMUM 5-NIGHT PACKAGE
Rooms: 2 bedrooms + 1 suite with ceiling fans with remote control + table fans (1 bedroom accommodates 4 people, 2 bunk beds, the other bedroom accommodates 5 people, 2 bunk beds + 1 mattress to put on the floor), Suite with double bed + 1 mattress to put on the floor, ensuite bathroom and another bathroom to serve the other 2 bedrooms, balcony in all bedrooms, balcony at the back.
All rooms have closets.
Garage for 2 medium-sized cars, front driveway accommodates 3 more cars.
Living room with a table for 6 people, a sofa for 5 people, a powder room, and a ceiling fan with remote control.
Kitchen: Stove, microwave, blender, water filter, small table with 2 stools, refrigerator, freezer, iron, great covered barbecue area with table, sink, 3 hooks for hammocks.
Beach cart, 6 beach chairs + cooler, 1 medium-sized parasol.
Wi-Fi
A security deposit of R$ 400.00 is required to cover any potential damages, payable at check-in. If the damages exceed the deposit, the difference will be charged. If there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
IMPORTANT - I do not provide bed linens or bath towels.

12 pessoas, nos hospedamos nesse sobrado do seu Bruno, muito espaçoso bastante camas e colchoes, 3 banheiros oq facilita bastante, área de churrasqueira bem ampla,, 2 quadras da praia grande, próximo a restaurantes(almocamos no Siri Cascudo, buffet a 22 reais,) sorveteria e quiosques. Super recomendo
