As someone who loves a nice yard and wildlife it would have been hard to find a better fit and value inside the city. The neighborhood is charming and the property is inviting and extremely convenient especially for biking and outdoor activity. Not that you have to love outdoors to appreciate this home but it definitely checks those boxes very well. It's also great if you like peace and quiet, low hassle, and clearly very well thought out and cared for.

Wonderful place to stay!

This little house was perfect for our week in Greenville visiting our daughter. It gave us plenty of space to rest and cook. The property is beautiful, too. We definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect little cottage

We enjoyed our stay, great space even for a small family, my husband and I with our 7 month old. Very closed to downtown Greenville and enough space for us all. I would stay again if in the area.

This property is close to many things with easy access to a main street into downtown Greenville. A nice neighborhood location. This is a small comfortable, cozy cottage that is very quiet. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

The cottage was perfect. Right sized for one person or a couple and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent and the cottage is fairly priced. Location is in a small, quiet, neighborhood and is very convenient to Greenville and about 30 mins away from Travelers Rest. Very nice overall experience. Many Thanks!
