Great stay, terrible management experience
By 4 PM we still have not heard anything from them (address, directions, etc.) I had to call the central line in order to get the address and everything. And while they did not check us in on time, they were ready to kick us out at 10 AM by entering the property on the back without telling us anything. Overall great house, clean, and everything, but very poor experience with management

Nice cabin in good location
The cabin was nice, clean and in a good location. Nice spa out on the deck. We do wish the property management would have given us a heads up about basic essentials we would have to provide. The cubbord was completely bare and lacked cooking essentials, including paper towels! Also be aware that the parking may be a challenge if you have two large vehicles. It's very tight and took a few people to get the cars in the provided space with inches to spare. Lastly, the downstairs stays very cold so just be prepared for cold sleeping.

Cute place, just one complaint
Hot tub water level was too low, and had a bunch of sand/dirt at the bottom, (and the hot tub was one major reason I was booking this place). Other than that , the fireplace is awesome, tv was great, perfect size cabin and awesome location and peaceful surroundings. I’d give it 5 stars all around if the hot tub was usable , but I was only there for one night so it wouldn’t have even been able to be solved in the short time we were there. I’ll definitely stay again if I know the hot tub is full and clean and working. It’s the perfect mountain feel and I’d stay for multiple multiple days here

Weekend Getaway
Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Downstairs gets cold, space heater was used to help. Extra blankets used for downstairs. Icy steps to entrance and entire back porch so be very careful if it has recently snowed. Kitchen was clean. Fireplace was used both nights. Bring your own lighter, wood, and fire starter kit. Easy drop-off for trash near home. Bring extra towels if using jacuzzi. Parking is flat so no need to worry about getting up a steep driveway. Overall we had a great time!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Communication, location
Inconvenient, poor condition, badly designed
Property was poorly designed overall and in every room. Downstairs central heating did not work--vents near the ceiling left the beds and rooms freezing. Access to the home was only available using a long set of snow/ice covered stairs, where the ice/snow was not cleared. Smoke alarm went off whenever we cooked anything. Kitchen was not stocked with even the basics, including dishwashing or dishwasher detergent. Floors creaked badly and some sections felt like they would collapse imminently. Water pressure was low everywhere. Even had to dispose of our own garbage. 698 Villa Grove was not as advertised. Would not stay there again.
