Welcome to our beautiful cottage on the Muskoka River. It is the perfect spot for those visiting Bracebridge and surrounding areas. Whether you want to arrive back, have a campfire and indulge in the comfort of our cottage after a day of sightseeing, or simply wish to stay put and have a family/friend vacation, you have truly found the right place to relax, recharge and enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave both sets of keys in the lockbox. Thank-you.
Please put garbage and recycling in garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Maximum 8 guests at all times, including daytime visitors
If you choose to bring a dog, please ensure you pick up after them outside.
