The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Bracebridge. Quiet neighbourhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Vish is a great host. I would highly recommend this location for your next stay.

We stayed for 6 nights. The home was spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a train that runs behind the house but hardly heard it. Convenient to town, rec center and hiking trails. I had asked for the house to be extra clean, especially the master bedroom (under the bed) due to dust allergies, it was not. There were ants pretty bad in the master bedroom and I contacted him about the dust and ant issue. Vish said the cleaner could come but were away until Monday, this was Fri check in. I ended up cleaning myself and some very very nice cleaners came in Monday to take care of the ants. Other things to consider would be more than one towel per person for a 6 night stay. Curtains in the master would have been appreciated, it was so bright at 6 am it was impossible to sleep past that.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The house is well appointed, very clean and the grounds are lovely. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a wonderful time was had by all.
We had a great time hosting Season. Everything went smoothly. The place was kept in such good condition. Would have you back any time and would recommend to any other hosts.
The home was very clean, well-equipped with lots of space for 4 people. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the large lot backing onto a wooded area (with wild turkeys). The large garage was a bonus. However we would like to make the following recommendations for the Owner's consideration- mattress toppers for the bunk beds (would go a long way to make those beds as comfortable as the other beds); coffee filters or switch to a K-cup machine (to save the mess and the risk of coffee grounds in the plumbing) and bin liners.
We had a great stay! We had teens at a training camp in the neighbourhood and it was thus the perfect location. So nice to come home each evening to a great kitchen (fully equipped, all new appliances) with attached den. Perfect for relaxing and socializing. The bedrooms had a great set up and the whole house including the washrooms were very clean. We loved the washer/dryer beside the kitchen, the AC, and appreciated how accessible Vish was with our questions before and during. Our only suggestion would be for more comfortable mattresses on the bunkbeds (other beds were great), but overall this was a great stay and we'd love to come back!
My recent stay at this Vrbo rental was an absolute delight! From start to finish, the host’s communication could not have been better. They provided the access code well in advance, and although I initially missed it (leading to a slight hiccup at check-in), they were quick to help me out—very appreciated. The property itself was charming and thoughtfully appointed. Yes, there were a couple of minor issues—some leftover garbage from the prior renter in the garage and master bedroom, and a towel rack that had come loose. But honestly, those small details did nothing to detract from the overall experience. The space’s comfort, brightness, and welcoming ambience completely outweighed those tiny bumps. What stood out most was how relaxing and inviting the place felt. It was the perfect retreat after our busy days, with everything we needed to unwind and enjoy ourselves. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable, and well-managed getaway.Thank you to Vish for being attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in your hosting—your efforts made our stay truly enjoyable!

Thanks Darius.
We would definitely welcome you anyday next time.
The garbage was cleared from the garage (have to rely on cleaners) and the towel bar was tightened to avoid future issues.
Thanks again and we are really happy to hear that you have a wonderful time with your family/friends.
