You'll spot it from down the street thanks to its bold, sunny-yellow façade — but step inside and you'll find a calm, light-filled retreat built for relaxing far from the daily routine.

The Space
The heart of the home is an open living, kitchen, and dining area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room invites you to sink into an extended leather sectional piled with oversized throw pillows, set around a glass coffee table and anchored by a 75″ flat-screen TV. Sleek tile flooring runs throughout, softened by a plush white-and-gray area rug.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an extended granite island with barstool seating, plus a long counter with plenty of prep space. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table for six just off the living area and steps from the pool deck.
Every bedroom is built for a restful night. The master suite offers a king bed, two walk-in closets, private access to the pool, and a large en suite bath with dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, a Roman-style walk-in shower, and a private water closet. The second bedroom also features a king bed and its own pool access with a beautiful view, while the third offers a comfortable queen. All three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, a 65″ TV, plush mattresses, stylish comforters, and premium linens.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and let your soul unwind. The electrically heated pool is the centerpiece, framed by a deck dotted with loungers, plus a covered dining table and lounge area so you can stay relaxed even through a passing rain shower. Beyond the pool, a furnished private dock overlooks a wide bend of a freshwater canal — offering the kind of privacy and open water views a broad canal provides. We also provide sunshades and beach towels, so all you need to pack is a swimsuit, shorts, a T-shirt, and flip-flops.

Everything You Need
Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and umbrellas are stocked in the garage for day trips to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. For peace of mind, the home has an alarm system available upon request.

The Neighborhood
Villa Little Diamond is just a few minutes from supermarkets and restaurants. Nearby Cape Harbour Marina — a favorite with locals and visitors alike — offers boutique shops, two restaurants, a bar, and a café, along with a charming marina where you can launch boat tours. Stop by on a Tuesday evening for live music under the open sky.
