Villa Serenity is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home right on the waterfront perfect for four guests. Surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, the home's neutral color fades away. Enter the home from the covered patio entrance. Once you've made yourself at home, explore your outdoor oasis. The fully screened-in patio features a large in-ground pool with spillover spa. Chaise lounges allow you to soak up the sun. The covered patio boasts a BBQ grill, outdoor living seating and outdoor dining for everyone. Beyond the screened-in area is your water access. Your private dock features a seating area, porch swing, and covered boat lift. Easily launch your boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other watercraft.

Step into the semi-open living, kitchen, and dining space. Each space flows into the other for easy traveling between spaces. The living space is just inside the front door and boasts comfortable chairs and couches where everyone can sit and enjoy quality time or watch a favorite movie or TV show together on the flat screen TV. The fully equipped cozy kitchen is just steps away. Prepare and serve delicious home-cooked meals with the help oof a myriad of cupboards and drawers, plenty of counter space, and stainless steel appliances. There is a raised bar area that seats three. The dining space features a glass-topped table with seating for four.

Relax in a private bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bedroom set, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor space. The en suite bath boasts a large shower stall and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom also boasts a king bedroom set and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids. It features two twin beds with night table between. A closet holds all their things. The rooms share a hall bath that boasts a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity. This bathroom is also accessible from the outdoor space, so you don't have to worry about tracking water through the house.

Enjoyed our stay.

We felt at home in this well-decorated home. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, walking the safe neighborhood and relaxing in the pool/spa. Had some issues getting the heated pool/spa to work regularly, but the property manager worked with us. Would stay again.

It the little things

Lush landscape welcomes to modest home with nice pool area hidden in a neighborhood of beautiful homes and decrepit duplexes. Place could be fantastic with attention to many details. TVs useless. Fans old and inoperable. Canal deck unsafe. Toddler toilets. For 1/2 of our months fees the property could be twice as nice. Pool saved the day.
