Come enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this cozy, off water pool home with plenty of room for entertaining inside and out. This is a split 3 bedroom, 2 bath floorplan with a comfortable living room with huge streaming TV.

The master bedroom includes a comfy king bed, streaming TV and En suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space, while the second guest room features a bunk bed with twin on top and futon on the bottom. TOP BUNK NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS
This room also offers a desk and streaming TV, perfect for families with children. Guest bath is a tub/shower combo with access to pool deck. This home has a fully equipped Florida style kitchen with everything you may need to make dinners at home.
This house has a fantastic outdoor living space with a covered lanai, inground heated pool, propane BBQ grill and plenty of seating. Don't look any further and book now for your Ultimate Escape!
*Top bunk not suitable for adults*

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

Great Location, Perfect Family Property

Perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Well outfitted kitchen, nice grill. The pool was the perfect temp! Conveniently located near beaches, Sanibel Island, & other local hotspots. What a great getaway.

The pool was fantastic! The house could use some updates (living room furniture and outdoor patio furniture) the a/c in the master bedroom not adequate, was very warm at night.The host was very accommodating especially on very short notice of rental.There were numerous restaurants nearby, we loved Fish Tales, FINS and how close the grocery store was.
