This apartment at Alinga Longa is a great family accommodation option. You will experience the relaxing atmosphere and unwind ready to enjoy all that Bright & it surrounds has to offer. Situated in a quiet complex of six apartments, The apartment is very well presented and recently re-decorated with full kitchen, dining and lounge area. There’s a great courtyard out back and a sunny deck in front to sit with a coffee or have a bbq.

Beyond the apartments there’s a great outdoor area which includes an undercover BBQ area, in-ground pool, shady trees and lawns. From the rear of the property there is direct access onto the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. There is also a shared laundry available.

This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Good location but a little soulless
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a unit, part of a small complex on the main road leading into Bright. It's a good location with easy access to some lovely walks and not to far into town. Inside the unit is a decent size and functional but, to be honest, lacking a little character. Even one or two lamps would improve things.

Location represented on Stayz is misleading
The location of the property indicated on Stayz is completely misleading.. The map location and comments when booking stated the property is a 4 min walk to Centenary Park, when in reality it is a 20 min walk. The Property manager have advised that they have previously raised this issue with Stayz but they still have not changed the location. Very disappointed as the location was completely different to what was represented when we booked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great stay for our family of 5. Plenty of space inside, places to sit out the front or back of the property. Clean and tidy with comfy couches too. Close to the centre of town and great value for money. Pool was really cold because it’s shaded for a lot of the day but we really enjoyed our time here

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not return to this unit. Not thoroughly cleaned. A dead bat was found under the couch. Fly screens in the kitchen and lounge room not secured. Grass in the back yard was almost knee high. The swimming pool was green and unfit for swimming. Very disappointing indeed and would never return again.
