Beautiful and private Oceanfront Cottage

Classic oceanfront beach cottage with open floor plan and panoramic views in a beautiful setting. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside deck with pergola and picnic table. Private walkway to the beach and additional oceanside seating area perched above the dunes. Outdoor hot/cold shower, Charcoal grill. Wonderful location convenient to shopping and local attractions. This is a perfect spot on the beach and especially ideal for a single family. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Smart TV in living area, wireless internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer. AC and ceiling fans. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Why they chose this property

Traditional oceanfront cottages of this style are quickly disappearing and being replaced by larger houses that don't appeal to all vacationers. I feel that this house and others like it are what give Emerald Isle it's charm and need to be preserved.

What makes this property unique

This house is surrounded by trees and shrubs that offer privacy, while still providing a great view of the ocean. It is a comfortable and charming traditional cottage in one of the best parts of town.
