This beautifully maintained, spacious 4-bedroom condo can accommodate a large family of up to 12. Enjoy ocean views, an outdoor pool, and being just steps away from the beach. This condo is close to some of the most popular night spots in OC, as well as shopping and restaurants. The condo offers a full kitchen, a full-sized washer/dryer, 4 smart TVs, 3 DVD players, free Wi-Fi (no cable, only streaming services), central A/C, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non-smoking, no pets please. Occupancy is 12. Please note—sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Oceans calling ‘24

Excellent place, much better than described, very easy to work with property manager. Only drawback was a 3am fire alarm pull that evacuated the building after a long day in the beach

Perfect Location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fact that we could see the bay if we looked left and the ocean if we looked right was an extra bonus. We loved all the dishes, glasses and bowls for 16. With 8 people, we only had to run the dishwasher once a day.

Great place to rent and location is convenient to everything you will need

As a whole, we had a great time. We lost the use of the master shower due to a plumbing leak. It was very disappointing but we realize things happen. The property owner and management company compensated us for our loss which was very appreciated.
