This fully furnished, turn-key 2 bed/2 bath condo is perfectly located in the middle of Las Vegas! Within a 10 minute drive to the airport, Las Vegas strip, UNLV, etc without ever needing to get on a busy highway! Grocery stores and Department Stores are 5 minutes away. Located on a bus route that heads straight to the strip.

Located in a quite, private condominium complex with 2 pools, hot tub, and playground for children. This is a 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Fully furnished with linens, kitchen/table supplies, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Included in this rental: all utilities, 55" SMART TV with antenna for local stations, and internet . Small TV in each bedroom for streaming and antenna with local stations.

Each bedroom has blackout curtains and white noise/bluetooth machine for optimal sleeping conditions.

Nice condominium in a quiet complex with a location equidistant between the Strip and Boulder Highway. Super proactive landlord who immediately resolved any concerns that were brought up. Amazon etc orders securely placed at front door. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Real gem for East Flamingo!

Great condo, crazy reasonable rate for what you get: nice bed/ shower, full kitchen- only drawback is antenna TV but your in Vegas your not watching TV! Great gym/ pool and hot tub in complex. Very safe with bright lighting and security. Best deal on East side of strip!

Great, Comfortable Stay

We were very happy with this condo during our 2 month stay. Perfect location if someone wants to go to the strip quite often. Bus stop is right across from the condo community entrance (East Flamingo). Also very close to shopping needs. The property grounds all throughout the community were very well kept and beautiful. Parking space for this condo was under the canopy car port, which was perfect. Our host, Sarah, was excellent and if we needed anything, she went above and beyond and took care of it right away! We would definitely rent this condo again~ Margaret & Paul

If you need a short term 1-3months rental I highly recommend this property. Check in was a breeze. The owner is always quick to respond to any questions. She has a binder of information inside for your use. The community is great with 2pools a hot tub and new kids playground. It is quiet and clean.
