Relax with your toes in the warm white beach sand just steps from this home. Watch the moon glisten off of pristine Nantucket Sound. Listen to the waves gently lap the beach as you slip into a restful slumber. This home is where all those Cape Cod vacation memories begin. The large open living space of the prized middle floor holds the kitchen, living room, and dining area which open onto the large deck allowing everyone to enjoy what beachfront living offers. The middle floor also has a den, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with a queen), and two full baths. The top floor has a full bath and two bedrooms, both with king sized beds. Both of these rooms have spectacular water views! The spacious bottom floor has a pool room, a second living room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with two twins, one with a queen). Centrally located near the Dennis Port line, it is less than a mile to many restaurants and shops. Amenities such as central air, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a gas grill add to the comfort and convenience of the property. Dogs only allowed for an additional $350 per dog per week fee. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

It was very nice excellent location we had a great time only complaint I have is they said they allow dogs and after I made my down payment they said they don't allow which created a problem for us Had to put our dogs in a cattle also would've been nice for recommendations on what to do there wasn't that much to do but if you like to lay on the beach and just relax it's perfect

May fishing trip on Cape Cod

Eight seniors, 51st year of spring fishing trips. 7 Ginger Plum was perfect for our group. Home was right on the water with a stunning ocean view. Lots of room to spread out, large kitchen space and a large dining room table to fit all of us. Home was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Probably the best home we've stayed in. Just wonderful.

Fantastic 7 Ginger Plum Lane

It was nice having enough bedrooms for all of us and not have air mattresses on the floor. The deck was unbelievable and we so enjoyed our coffee out there. The place was very clean and the representatives were extremely helpful. We are looking forward to coming back next year for the same week and one more week in August. The open space of the living room kitchen dining room and the deck are wonderful. The view of the ocean is tremendous

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our core family of 5 spanning 3 generations stayed for 14 days, with occasional 2,3 day visits by family and friends. We were on the beach most days and in the water. Beach chairs provided were very nice and ample in number. Cooked/grilled our own food (grill was immaculate and we were sure to clean it completely before we left). Enough inside space so if it rained, we could disperse throughout. Classic board games and puzzles provided. Pool table in the basement.
