2 Bed + Den, 2 Baths, 1200 sqf

This beautiful lake front condo is perfect for families and available for your enjoyment all year long. Our main level unit allows for ease of access, and convenient unloading directly through the patio. The patio is West facing, overlooking the pool area and comes with full size propane barbeque. A secluded and quiet neighborhood, with beautiful mountain views from the patio that seats five.

In addition to over 1200sqft, this 2 bedroom + den unit comfortably accommodates six people, in addition to two extra twin size mattresses that can sleep up to 8. There is a queen bed in each room and two twin beds in the den. A large living room sectional comfortably seats six, combined with a 65’’ TV is a great way to relax after a long day.

The dining table seats six, and there are three chairs at the bar. With granite countertops at the bar, dark mahogany cabinets, and a large kitchen combines for a great space to enjoy your dining experience. Included is access to unlimited fresh coffee (both Nespresso and drip), a microwave and toaster.

Fresh towels, linens and basic toiletries (including body wash, shampoo and conditioner) are provided. Underground garage for one car. There are also two paddle boards (one training and one blow up board) provided for your use and enjoyment!

We have equipped the unit with a desk and desk chair, for your extended stays that would allow you to work while you are staying at the condo.

The complex - Lake Windermere Pointe provides an outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs , exercise facilities, locker room & a sunbathing deck. 2 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes drive to Radium & Fairmont Hot Springs, 25 minutes to Panorama Ski Hill. Golf courses, town center, pubs, restaurants and shopping are all just minutes away.

Resort style amenities include a private swimming pool and hot tub.

Invermere is home to numerous golf courses, skiing options at both Panorama and Fairmont, hot springs, amusement parks, river rafting & numerous other activities.

Comfortable condo!

The condo was just as it was listed - no surprises. Clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ground floor location made loading supplies in/out a breeze. Communication with host was excellent. The complex is just a few minutes' walk from James Chabot beach. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Invermere.

Great Family Stay

Wonderful condo, great for a family.

The property was quite large for a condo, the pool facilities and proximity to the beach and playground were great! The condo is convenient being ground level for unloading entry/exit. The owner provided all the needed towels, beach, even kids toys, it was fantastic.

Great Spot

A very comfortable, clean and well equipped property. Very generous supplies and made it so easy to travel with young children. Nice heated pool and near beach.
