The townhome is open concept living, spread out on two levels with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, Roku, air conditioning, heated parking garage, lots of parking and large balcony with incredible mountain views! Located a 20 min walk to town and to the lake, or a 5 minute drive. Base yourself in our beautiful mountain town while you explore Invermere, Radium and the Columbia Valley.
The townhome is located within Westside Park community near schools, among family homes, and only a few minutes from downtown and beaches.
The popular Kinsmen Beach is a short 5 minute drive away where you can find lots of summer fun. In winter, the lake becomes the worlds longest natural ice rink; The Whiteway and allows fat biking, skating, cross country skiing and ice fishing.
Downtown Invermere is a 20 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness centre and grocery stores. Panorama Mountain Resort is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.
The townhome is centrally located within the Columbia Valley is best explored by car!
The townhome has 3 parking spots. One parking spot is located in the oversized garage where there is also additional space to fit your bikes, skis, paddleboards and any other toys! The garage is heated and secured. There are two additional parking spots outdoors in the driveway. The garage door opener is the button above the light switch.

This was a great space. The home was exactly as described and a very close drive to Kinsmen beach. The check in process was seamless and we had no issues throughout our stay.
Loved the property. Had everything we needed. Was clean and bright and the air conditioning was a game changer over other properties we’ve stayed at in the area. I would definitely recommend this property.
My family stayed here for 7 nights. The location was great, and so quiet! The a/c was a wonderful addition. We did not need to use it for about half of the stay, but when we did it worked so well. The townhome had everything we needed for our stay. I truly appreciated how clean the place was!
My daughter and I stayed two nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. Julia is a great host and provided everything we needed and more. She provided ideas of things to do in the area and was super helpful! Her place is excellent, very comfortable and highly recommended!
Julia's place is cozy and roomy, with a really large kitchen and a lovely deck for sitting outside and relaxing. She was super easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a weekend get away! Stayed here for the Invermere triathlon and loved the kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Brand new place! Good for the family.
Highly recommend this place and the host. She was wonderful to communicate with. The house is clean, new and comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.
First and most important, this place was spotless! I'd say of all places we've ever stayed this one was in the top 5 for cleanliness. Great neighborhood & location for day excursions. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay here again.
Very comfortable place. I liked that there was a big garage for gear, a big patio with a good view, a well stocked kitchen. The location is close enough to the main street that the teenagers could walk. Would stay again.

Great new, clean townhouse located in close proximity to downtown Invermere. Townhouse is well-equipped and is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the morning sunshine on the deck and spacious kitchen.The owner was very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for everything Julia!
We loved staying at this property. Check-in process was very easy. There were only 2 of us, so we did not use the basement at all. We are considering returning to the property in the future with our 2 adult daughters because the set-up would be perfect. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could want. We spent a good amount of time out on the deck. I would definitely recommend staying here.One thing of note: there are no dressers or drawers in the bedrooms in which to put your clothes. They have closets with lots of hangers, but nowhere to put your smaller clothing items. Not a big deal, but I missed it when viewing the pictures. I hung up the clothes I could and left my suitcase open inside the closet.
