The property was just as listed. Great space and comfortable. The view was awesome! Pool was nice and beach access was perfect with amazing sunrise views! Would stay here again if we return to the area!

We strive to give all of our guests a great stay and value for their money. All of our photos are accurate and up to date. The furniture is all good quality, functional and appears exactly as shown in the photos. This was a very unusual complaint and we offered to cancel the remainder of this guest's stay and issued him a refund for days not used.

Good location. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had what was needed. Condo is clean. Wish balcony doors could have been opened but was out of the control of the owners. After construction is over the pool and balcony will be great. It was very nice to sit on the beach, water was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach seems to be more for the surrounding hotels but still found a place to set up some chairs.

We are delighted when our guests give us a great 5 star review such as this one, because we strive to give them the best vacation experience possible. All of the beaches in the entire state of Florida are public beaches and not for use by any single hotel or condominium. We have a beautiful beach just a short walk from our pool deck behind our building, which is shared by the public. There are no restrictions or accomodations for the hotels that are not afforded to us. The lounge chairs that are for rent by vendors on the beach are available for anyone who would like to rent them. We supply our own beach chairs and umbrella for our guests to use free of charge and there are lounge chairs provided for our guests on the pool deck.

Easy access. Great location. Host communicated very well and answered any questions we had. Nice, clean apartment with comfortable beach chairs to use at the beach. Valet parking was easy and the guys were great!

The front desk staff was one of the rudest I've encountered! Check-in was a nightmare! The building was under construction, so you couldn't relax at the pool during the day. They were power washing, and dirty water flying everywhere. Pics were deceiving. Yes , pool would been nice if you could enjoyed it . Beach was our saver.

We never want our guests to have an uncomfortable stay. 1) We have addressed the issue with the building front desk staff with the building manager. This was an unfortunate encounter that should have been handled better. 2) The Construction is a temporary condition. It is our policy to disclose all construction on the property that affects a guests stay. We note it on all of our online advertisements and we sent this guest multiple reminders by email. We also priced the unit with a construciton discount. 3) All of our online photos are up to date and depict the actual condition of the apartment.
