The Pérola Apartment is the perfect little spot to find peace and quiet while being close to everything.

Pérola has a balcony with a hammock and a view. The TV is a smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and apps. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
You can bring your car and park it in our garage.
The building also features a pool, barbecue area, gym, and garage.
The Pérola Apartment is located very close to Beira Mar Norte, near everything and convenient for heading out anytime to anywhere.
It’s next to the beautiful Lagoa da Conceição and also to SC 401, which leads to the northern beaches.
There’s a mini-market on the street, and it’s 750 metres from the 24-hour Ipiranga petrol station and the pharmacy.
Make yourself at home ♥️
