Amenities include microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, 3 TVS, DVD player and WiFi. Very clean and well maintained. Sea Colony is a full-service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional) Saturday to Saturday Rental.

Best experience Rental

We had the best experience with a rental management company and property! Our check in was later than expected but very smooth! After hours hand -off for check-in couldn’t have been easier or more hassle free! The property was well stocked, clean and an amazing view! We rented linens and beach chairs from rental company, which were in the room when we arrived. The weather was stormy for the first 3 days, but the location was walkable to many restaurants, and of course the indoor pool, and other amenities in the resort. The unit was spacious enough for the 4 of us to have our own space, or to be together. We would definitely rent again! Check out just as smooth! Thank you!
