Beautiful location, close to central area, right on the beach. Comfortable beds, new kitchen although furniture could use an upgrade especially out door furniture. With that said would definitely stay again.
Great view to beach opposite but would have been nicer if sliding glass doors and balcony was clean. Not very well cleaned inside; dusty, marks on splasback, poorly vacuumed, dishwasher didn't work first few days but was fixed (was an issue with a spoon in bottom of drawer from previous guests but not checked prior to our arrival therefore dirty dishes & cutlery put back in cupboards/drawer), ceiling light in twin room not working or lamp (globe blown) & ceiling light blown in laundry. Screen door in twin room didn't lock (was fixed a few days after we arrived). All issues reported day after we arrived, but nothing happened until I contacted Stayz 3 days later (they contacted letting agent). Staff at Pacific Coast Holidays were apologetic & provided good customer service. Location is fabulous, pool was clean, access back & front, garage - all good. Layout of apartment excellent, but lacking a little decor love. Bathroom ok but could do with some updates, rust mark in bath, no storage under vanity. No hairdryer. Disappointing that there was no Wifi.
The location to the beach and town was perfect. They don’t provide any internet on the property. Which wasn’t advertised. You have to bring your own linens. Which adds on to the extra luggage haul. The screen doors on the balcony were very dusty. Allergies kicked in right away. Cob webs on the balcony and the glass needed attention. The worst part was there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Adult and baby ones. The place could use an upgrade. Felt like I was at my grandmas 1980s unit.

Great location, but some attention to detail needed
The apartment is in a wonderful location, and the overall layout was excellent with bedrooms having access to the balcony. However the overall standard of cleaning and supplies was lacking. To enjoy the location and views, the windows and balconies needed cleaning, all rooms needed proper dusting and wiping down, including the bathroom. Appropriate supplies for the dishwasher were not provided, requiring washing up by hand, there was minimal detergent provided which necessitated purchase of supplies, which should not be necessary when we were staying for a weekend only. BYO linen, or additional payment for linen packs, seems an unnecessary impost for the holiday maker - it would be preferable to charge a higher nightly fee to cover the provision of these services
Fabulous location and great views for a relaxing break with family
This unit was central to everything and comfortable with large windows for taking in the view from all main rooms
Really enjoyed the time spent here and would return again
