It might be hard to leave this unbelievable property to walk the beach after spending time on the spacious oceanfront deck. Featuring comfortable outdoor seating, hours will seem like minutes as you enjoy the sounds of the breaking waves while reading a best seller or catching up with friends and family. It is the perfect spot for post-beach relaxing, as well while the kids continue to have fun in the refreshing pool water just below. Step inside 415 Seascape to find coastal living at its best! The living room is spacious with comfortable seating for the entire family, a large flat screen television, and lots of windows overlooking the natural beauty of the Island. You can eat in the dining area at a large table or sit on the on land and socialize as the meal is prepared. Featuring all new stainless-steel appliances, granite surfaces, and ample room for the best gourmet chefs to work, the kitchen will be the center of many of your family’s activities. The home features all new bedding to accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms each with its own TV. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a private bath with dual sinks, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The other bedroom offers two queen beds, and a desk and has direct access to a newly renovated private bath.

Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.
415 Seascape on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (8 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. **Note:** Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!
*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Wild Dunes is a cool community and wish I’d brought my golf clubs. Condo was very clean and bright and pretty. Very pleased and will come back for sure!

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. The location inside Wild Dunes was great and the condo was beautiful. Despite the construction which we knew about the view of the beach was amazing. We kept saying we will definitely come back and bring our whole family. The condo is so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

The condo was beautiful! Kitchen fully furnished with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Thank you also for having a tv provider! So many places are just streaming tv…it’s nice to be able to see local channels for news and weather. Easy access to beach and pool. I would love to rebook this location.

This is a beautiful and well equipped condo, with wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Just wish we had known about the noisy construction beside and above us. It started too early - before 8:30 - and was loud. Ask ahead of time.

We really enjoyed our week, even though the weather was cool, the kids loved the beach and hanging out in the condo. We would definitely recommend for families with kids, lots to do in the area and a super clean and nicely renovated unit. Great week and great memories!!
This property was amazing, loved the location right on the beach! We came down in November to beat the crowds of summer and it was perfect, felt secluded like we were looking for but not too far to travel to see Charleston. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location and everything you need! Beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. Kitchen is well equipped. Very clean. Comfortable beds for adults (1 king and 2 queens) Very safe resort style location. Steps away from the beach and pool. Easy check in and out.
This was our first time in Isle of Palms, so our first time at this property. So clean and they over communicated the checkin process, which is also better than under communicating. Had zero issues with the process so don't mind the over communicating at all.
Everything in this unit was on point. Just plain loved it. We didn't want to leave, and almost didn't :)
