There are decks on the upper level with views over the river to the singing bridge as well as Jimmys Beach. An enormous outdoor entertaining area is perfect for bbqs. When you are done with the outdoor activities head to the spacious rumpus room for a game of pool or table tennis! A great family friendly holiday home. Sleeps 10 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 set of single bunk beds, 1 single, 1 trio (single on top queen on bottom). This property has WIFI.

**Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.

We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.
