Wonderful cabin. Location is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of porch chairs and great view of beautiful sunsets. We’ve stayed a couple of time in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cabin. Communication with the customer service was excellent. The Smiths

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the stunning views and the overall experience at the property. Your comments are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay.- Your Jackson Mountain Team
We enjoyed our time in Kozy Komfy! It was enough room for 6 adults and 3 children. We cooked in several times, and enjoyed the deck views! We had a bear visitor a couple times. Make sure you lock your cars! He was so calm and minded his our business, mostly! If you plan on cooking you may want to bring larger skillets! We would definitely stay here again!

We're thrilled to hear you had a great stay at Kozy Komfy! Your feedback is appreciated. We'll address the need for larger skillets in the kitchen and remind guests to lock their cars to keep the bears at bay. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Cute cabin with all the amenities that one would need for a weeks stay in Gatlinburg. The cabin was located a short drive from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We had an issue with a clogged drain in the shower and maintenance showed up promptly to fix it.We Would def book This cabin again.
The cabin was very comfy and the view was amazing. Even saw some bears romaing around! Only negative is the parking. Because it's on the hill, the driveway was a little tricky to get into. We had to drive up and turn around to drive into it. Not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again.

Could have been better
Overall it was a nice cabin. Had everything we needed. Needed obvious cleaning- stains/splashes on the walls, dust/dirt along edges of carpet and baseboards, moldy shower curtains, cold air returns were dirty etc. Fussball table was broken and finally found the ball under a dresser along with garbage. Slate on pool table was not level or even making it impossible to play an actual game. Tv’s and other electronics were very dated. Location was nice, off the beaten path but not too far out of the way. Views were nice. We booked this thinking we would utilize the cabin more. We didn’t end up using the hot tub or pool.
Place was nice and clean. We have 3 kids and they all had there own room/place to sleep. The hot tub was great to relax in. No complaints about anything. We didn’t have trouble with parking at all so I’m not sure why others mentioned that. The driveway is on an incline, but that’s what a cabin in the mountains is! The views are beautiful! Enjoy your your stay! We will most definitely be coming back.
the ad was accurate, the place was great, the wi fi was great, the tv for late night relaxation was great, the location is the best, 10 minutes to Gatlinburg, and taking the back way out to Pigeon Forge only 15 minutes, our view was spectacular i would recommend asking about the view, i walked the entire complex, and some cabins have blocked view by other cabins or trees. getting to nearby eateries was easy and fun, don't go back downtown, geat local places to eat with no parking issues or cost, finally having a pool is the best we took our 5 year old granddaughter, and after a long day, she loved an hour at the pool, we will be back

Several complaints
The cabin itself was nice. However, there were several issues that contributed to a less than great experience. First, there was a giant ball of hair on the floor in one of the bathrooms when we got there. All of the toilet bowl cleaners that sat next to the toilets were full of dirty toilet water. Several of the tv remotes didn’t have batteries and a lot of the lamps didn’t have bulbs. Bring a kitchen counter cleaner if you plan on cooking. The pillows were cheap and some had stains on them. I wouldn’t consider the sleeper sofa as a bed option because you’re literally laying on the metal springs. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen is stocked well.

Would not recommend this company
I do not recommend renting from this company (Jackson Mountain Homes). We did not have a good experience. The view was spectacular and the cabin would have been pretty nice… had it been touched by cleaners. We arrived right at 4 on our check in day after being sent the door code and traveling 6 hours. When we arrived there was a pile of garbage outside. Got inside and the cabin had not been touched. Bags of garbage in the dining room, filthy counters/table tops, dirty floors, dirty towels hanging in the bathrooms, towels in the washer and dryers, dirty bedding on the beds. We immediately messaged the company (still no response as of 4 days later), attempted to call every single number provided with hold times no shorter than 30 minutes. We first got ahold of someone that could “help” about an hour and a half later who was located in FLORIDA and they told us “the owner messaged us to let us know the road was closed and they weren’t expecting us”. This was a lie. No message was sent to us, and the road was in fact open. They said maintenance would be on their way with bed linens but cleaning wouldn’t occur until the following day. After us having to call back multiple times, linens finally arrived at 9:15 after we had already went out and purchased new bedding and half of us (kids) were already in bed. We wasted our ENTIRE first evening on hold and waiting around at our dirty cabin. Cleaning service came the following morning but still did not clean sinks, or dishes. We tried speaking to the local office and they said “we don’t know anything about it, you’ll have to talk to the original person you spoke to”. We have since received an email offering us compensation of $191 dollars (we paid $1400!!). That BARELY covers the amount we had to spend on bed linens and towels, we responded and have yet to hear back to our email and it has now been close to 2 days. This is totally unacceptable!! We had an infant and a toddler and staying in a DIRTY home during Covid, flu, and RSV season should not have been an option for the kids. We are hoping they make this right, but so far, no luck.

Hi Rachel, We first want to apologize for the encounters you had during the stay at this unit. I do see that our office was in communication with you about the refund amount and was able to get a bit of a higher amount back to you. As well as seeing that the agreement was signed by you. There is only so much our offices can do in these cases to make up for issues and we appreciate your patience as we worked on this with you. Thank you!
We had a great stay!! The supplies were adequate for the stay. The description and pictures were just like the internet had described. The only negative thing is the property manager turned off the water one morning. We had someone in the shower when this happened. I would suggest that the manager check to see if anyone is at home before completing repairs.

Stay was good. The three king beds were nice. View was amazing.
For this price a few things need work. Chair missing at the table, 5 instead of 6.
Kitchen fry pans worn out/ do not sit flat. No sharp knives.
Biggest problem is it says it sleeps 10 however the pull out sofas are TERRIBLE. We had 2 adults of the 3 couples that were sick and needed alternate sleeping and the pull out mattresses were unsleepable. Springs literally poking the person. Very disappointed in this aspect.

Great View - Aggravating Door Code/Entry
Overall a very nice property and great views. We arrived in the evening around 9 PM and it was 28 degrees outside. The door code provided did not work, nobody answered the phone to help until I called the emergency number. That person had three codes before we got in the door...That was over 45 minutes of waiting after driving all day to get there. The dishes had to be cleaned again due to crusty materials on plates and utensils. Some utensils need to be thrown out as they are in poor condition. The handle on the microwave over was missing (broken off). Seems like a quality control inspection would be in order. Also should keep some salt on the porch to treat the steps as they were icy every morning.
All that said, it's a very nice place that is a great location and view. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept. The fireplace is nice, since it was gas fired and didn't require any management to enjoy. I would stay there again for sure.
The air unit went out and it was very difficult to get it repaired

Worth the stay once you get inside.
Went here for my bachelor party and had an awesome time but they gave us the wrong access code and arriving at 1:40 am it was hard to get the right one. Other then that I’d stay again.
