Perfect Location, Fantastic Property

Tom is an amazing host and the condo is beautiful. We relaxed, cooked, did laundry, worked, hung out on the golfcourse-backed balcony, and walked the beautiful grounds along the Intercoastal water. All this without even leaving. Beyond that, the location is perfect when you want to split time between the beaches and downtown St Pete.

Family wedding we rented two units .

Our family went to a wedding. It was very nice we couldn’t of asked for any better . The weather was beautiful. The pool was so relaxing and the atmosphere and people were very friendly!!

Pros/cons

The condo was as advertised in the photos with a beautiful view and also provided beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which was convenient. There was also extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. A couple things in the kitchen could have been better including a new rubber scraper, (the one there was old and gross), we couldn’t find scissors anywhere and probably the biggest con for us were the polyester sheets. My kids came down with the flu while we were there and had extremely high temperatures and the polyester sheets only held the heat instead of a breathable cotton. That contributed to them being uncomfortable.

Overpriced this time

Over priced. We stayed here last year during the same time. Price hiked by 1/3 more. Still the same toilet handles are not tightened. The bed in the master is hot and the metal frame creaks. The ceiling has water damage. The people are rude at the pool. We have a 2.5 year old grand daughter. There was no kiddy pool at the pool and someone called security bcuz she was swimming in the pool. If this is the rule, someone should warn you. Front storm door doesn’t close. No see-ims got in. The snacks tgat were out were so stale. Barely 2 towels per person. This time we felt overcharged. Seems like you rent, clean and don’t maintain. You have nice neighbors. You have great cabinets and floor and great patio window treatment. I can’t say more than that. Disappointed this round.

The location and views from the condo were excellent but the sparse amount of furniture and overall poor cleanliness in the unit were unacceptable. We had to clean the unit ourselves at the start of our stay. When we arrived at the unit, the entry way door & tracks were filthy. The first morning we experienced a cockroach on the kitchen counter. We then started cleaning....the slip covers on the sectional were filthy and we had to wash them and put them back on the unit. When we removed/washed the covers there was lots of food particles under the cushions. It was disgusting & there wasn't a vacuum cleaner to help in the cleaning process. The area rug in the living room was filthy...again no vacuum to clean it. There was a large tear in the patio screen so we were unable to open the patio door without bugs getting in. The shower curtain in the shower was dirty & rusty. I removed it and purchased a new shower curtain at our expense. Also purchased a repair kit for the patio screen door, again at our expense. The oven was filthy...couldn't even use so unhealthy. The kitchen table was very tiny with only 4 small chairs and prevented us being able to invite over any of our St. Pete friends for interaction with us. The kitchen was sparsely furnished with limited dishes, pots & pans, serving pieces, etc. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, no support.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they provided the following response:-We appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the unit. We agree that the initial presentation did not meet expectations. Once notified, immediate steps were taken, and the cleaner promptly returned to address the noted areas, including the entryway.-Although the unit receives regular pest control, an additional treatment was scheduled immediately after your report. In Florida, occasional pests may enter from outside, but we remain committed to ongoing prevention.-Regarding the sofa covers, they were brand new, and we believe what was observed during washing may have been dye runoff rather than residue from use.-Additional steps have been taken, including providing a new vacuum, replacing the screen door, and planning furniture upgrades later this summer. We hope the partial refund helped alleviate some of the inconvenience.Thank you for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Family Spring Break Trip

Beautiful location that was close to many things to do at the beach or in the city. Our condo had the comforts of home; a quick stop at the grocery store and we were set. Our property manager communicated with us multiple times making sure our stay was great also.

Great Stay

Fantastic place, would highly recommend and would stay here again. The condo itself is in great condition - nice and clean with everything you would need. The complex is in a great location, and was always quiet. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Tom, the owner was great to work with.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Everything is exactly as it is in the pictures. Very clean with everything you need. The condo complex is very quiet and in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub were awesome, nice and warm. Great location, close to everything. The owner, Tom, was very gracious and always available via text. Would definitely recommend and come back!
