With two full beds and a comfortable sofa, the rental is surprisingly spacious. Its kitchen is equipped with basic cooking necessities such as a two-burner cooktop, a coffeemaker, and a microwave, and leads into a dining area that seats four. The bathroom is bright and large, with plenty of counterspace, and the living room features a living area complete with a flatscreen TV. Guests will also appreciate the free wifi and basic toiletries that help make their stay a special one.

The Hamilton rests on Lake Hamilton's shore, where you’ll find this Hot Springs vacation rental! Guests can enjoy the best views of Lake Hamilton from inside the studio on the private patio, or head down to the community’s boat dock for a day on the water. From walking right to the boat for a day on the water to hosting a cookout in the community pavilion, or fishing straight off the dock, there’s plenty to do right at home.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
