– FIRES must be put out before going to bed and before leaving the property. This is essential especially the outdoor firepit Adhere to local fire restrictions, and please do not use outdoor firepit if conditions do not suit (extensive winds).
- OUTDOOR FIREPIT - If guests expect to have the outdoor firepit going continuously they will have to bring own wood as there is not sufficient on the property to be continuously burning - there are local places where firewood can be purchased. Please do not expect to have all firewood provided for this purpose.

-Damages exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB

PETS:
- Dogs only.
- Not in the house.
- Must not chase wildlife.
- Sometimes local council put poison baits on surround properties and the environmental reserve next door for control of wild dogs. Please be mindful of this and don't let them wander too far away up into the bushes. Never had a problem but its something to be aware of.
- There are ticks on the property which can effect dogs if they are not taking tick control medicine

Family get together
This property has everything we could have hoped for! Beautiful, private location surrounded by cows, sheep and a humpless camel! The house is comfortable with plenty of room and the wood stove is amazing on cold nights. The host is approachable, and responds quickly to any questions. Cannot recommend Eucalyptus Escape highly enough! Definitely going back!!

Paradise
Oh my the pictures make this look like it is 8n the middle of Aussie country and it is! And yet a town 15min away with everything you could need, shopping groceries and restaurants...plus many more all within 30min. We loved the drive and seeing kangaroos and other wildlife everyday....the beds were comfortable, the house clean and taking a bath on the porch surrounded by nature is amazing...by far our favorite of the trip!
